This is why I went from having a yearly subscription to month to month. I keep it around for sentimental reasons- it was my first beauty subscription and I like the boxes. I’ll probably keep it until the end of the year then re evaluate the situation.

I cancelled too. I asked customer service if they reverting back to the 5 tiny samples for$15 and they confirmed it. Something about value and justifiable price hike, to them. Birchbox has become so so greedy that they are no longer competitive. So sad, they were my first subscription.

You always have to buy something to get a free gift. Not sure if I’m going to cancel or not.

Well, they’re gifts with purchase, so… yeah.

I cancelled. I am tired of having the curated box or product I want sold out. I just pick a sample because you can’t skip and I get a box of products that go right in the trash. I have been getting Birchbox for years and now I am done! Lately it does not seem to be new and exciting brands.
