Aaah the add-one are so good this time. I wanted to get like 10. btw-the tetris stuff is included (although that doesn’t interest me).

Are the ways to earn points at the end of this post out of date? I dont see how to get points for following ipsy creators in my ipsy account. Also, I just noticed that I get points for sharing my spoiler when it posts, reviewing the bag and then sharing the bag, so 30 points per bag on top of the 15 points per product review. I realized I had missed out on some points and was able to go back and share some past bags to catch up on those missed points.

I just went on to the website, not the app and it glitched for a second and I saw I’m getting the CEO cream, Clay Mask, Ciate lippie, what looked like a gel eyeliner, and the block party palette. I’m super happy with that! One more box to reveal still on my second account, but as soon as I tried to sign into it The glitch stopped lol

Ha. I redeemed my points for a product two months ago. They never shipped it. Had to contact them for a refund! This is becoming a joke! You used to be able to redeem 600 points for a full sized lipstick!

Last week I tried to redeem points for the Billion Dollar Brows brow brush that was featured on this site (on 5/23). Everything looked okay – I was told I’d successfully redeemed my points and my account showed my new (lower) points balance. When I logged back in yesterday, though, my balance had been restored. What happened here? Am I not getting the brush? I’ll be really bummed if that’s the case – I’ve been waiting for a long time for a reward that appealed to me. Should I contact Ipsy customer service?

Scored the 300pts highlighter!

Once upon a time they had a TON of Hourglass for 1000 points and some Jouer and Estée Lauder for about 600 or 800. That was years ago though.

I love the Estate highlighters. Getting that for 300 points is a steal!

I got that Estate highlighter in a bag. It’s good!

Lets not forget ladies, there are those annoying spam/links in every post, every single day that gain them 250 pts for someone joining thru their link. Those are the ladies that 1200 point item is for! I finally got wise and blocked them because I would click on a post to maybe learn something about what the post was for and had to swim thru 90% spam. It just got rude! After blocking all of them I maybe see 10 out of 30 comments now it’s so refreshing! At least Ipsy added a 300 pt item. I’d say they are doing better this round.

These rewards are REALLY getting highly priced. I miss when most things were around the 300 point mark. It’s one of the things really making me reconsider ipsy over other boxes

1200 points? For real? You get a bag once a month and can review items for 15 points each and then 10 for the bag. That’s 85 points a month. Points expire after a year. If you do every review (without spending extra money for add ons) you will have 1020 points. You’d need to get an extra add on every month to review to get exactly 1200 points. While I realized the points are essentially free, I don’t really see the point with the way things are “price”. I still like ipsy, it’s not something I would unsubscribe about, but I guess the points don’t make sense to me anymore.

You can also review add-ons, and if you have both a plus and a regular, that means you could review 12+6 so 18 different things. Explains the inflation possibly.

They have 1200 point rewards now? Wow! That takes 14 months to earn. That better be a bomb highlighter! 😉

I remember when the rare eyeshadow palette was 1200 points, or something like that. Now it’s inflated for a full sized highlighter single. I miss the lower point options but people were complaining about them selling out quickly.
