I received my box and loved it but the highlight palette I got is way too dark for me, I was wondering if anyone knew whether they would switch it out even though I’ve already received the box.

No, sadly! They wouldn’t even switch mine and I emailed them on the day we got the spoilers. Not too impressed this month. 🙁 I guess I’ll try to use them as eye shadow or sell. Trading as an added expense doesn’t make a lot of sense to me, I don’t want to have to pay more when I’ve already taken the time to fill out their lengthy questionnaire.

There was a issue with my daughters box and mine so call offered my daughter one of the already mentioned products which I wish now she would of choose the purlisse matcha because I already have the huda highlight and the Pixi glow is limitless around here but she had to have her own Pixi ! Lol but when I spoke to call they told me they no longer over over an option for the next month bag for an item that is coming instead I was offered a extra product “ from stock” a mask, a nail polish or something else I can not remember so I will get 6 items instead of 5. But I just let it be I did not feel like arguing oh she also gave me back $5.50 because of the damaged item . When it same to my daughters it was she is opted out of eyeliner and they sent it to her and they apologized and then gave her the option she made a remark to her cs agent like awh I was I would of been able to choose the glow recipe watermelon moisturizer “ and he told her I will make sure your happy ! So I guess it depends on who you talk to. But it sucks I feel like only a nice handful get the product that everyone mostly wants, I think we will all get one similar product

Im so tired of varients that I have my own varient…skip Boxycharm or skip GBP. This month just may be skip both. As much as i love Huda, Ive got enough highlighter to give Lady Liberty a make over.

I’m trying to decide if I want to skip or not. I already have the Huda eyeshadow palette and I would never use the highlighter. The only thing that really interest me is the Watermelon Pink Juice Oil-Free Moisturizer but the reviews for that aren’t that great. Guess tomorrow is my last day to decide.

Who do we talk to about submitting a spoiler? Sorry if it’s an obvious answer, I’m a new user on MSA..

I’ve been going back and forth with ipsyCare and I was given a list of products being featured this month, some which aren’t up here yet.

Well hey atleast most of you got your june glam bag plus. Mine never arrived and they emailed me saying they were out of inventory even though my tracking number said it was on it’s way to my house. So I never received my glam bag plus or an answer as to why I would get shipping info when my box was never coming. So I’m kind of mad at ipsy lol.

I am pretty confused as to why so many people received an email letting them choose a specific item for July’s GBP, but not all of us. I have seen no such email and would really like to be able to make a choice, as the shadow pallet I received previously and I have highlighter and bronzer overload. Really keeping my fingers crossed for a couple of those moisturizers and I really don’t want to receive any repeat items. 🙁

I know! I joined mainly for the skin care but instead of that I get eyeshadow or highlighter and bronzer! When it first came out people were receiving 2 or more high end skin care products and I was looking forward to getting the same Oh well, I have a lot of women in my family and guess what they’re getting for Christmas.

Ok this is the reply I got from ipsy care. I’m happy with their reply and they were very responsive.

We’ve received some feedback that this is the kind of feature ipsters want to see. This new feature is currently available to a small group of members who are receiving the classic Glam Bag and Glam Bag Plus.

If we decide to make it available to all members, you may be able to participate later.

From what I know this email is only for the reg $10 ipsy bag

Ok guys, I emailed ipsy about the emails and this was the response. Makes sense to me and ipsy care was wonderful in their reply.

Here is the info on the emails some people received but others did not: “We’ve received some feedback that this is the kind of feature ipsters want to see. This new feature is currently available to a small group of members who are receiving the classic Glam Bag and Glam Bag Plus.

Yeah I got that email because I never recieved my June glam bag plus! They had to refund me my money and give me a generic answer saying “they ran out of inventory”, and no there was no palette option or any of these spoilers were an option in the email. So actually be lucky you got your box.

Most of us that got to choose an option for a July on GBP still HAVE NOT gotten our June GBP because Ipsy did not have enough stock to send one of the guaranteed items to every as promised so a few hundred ppl still have boxes pending shipment to DHL. As a consolation we got to choose or pick one of for July. Trust me, I would’ve rather had my Sunday Riley moisturizer than to pick for July.

That’s not why you got to choose. It’s completely random. They are testing out the “choose an option” method and will hopefully be implementing in the future for everyone.

Oh man, that is awful! Several months ago I had the same problem, my box was sitting in a warehouse and did not arrive until the last of the month. I absolutely HATE DHL, it is the worst shipping company ever! So sorry to hear that so many people missed out on the Sunday Riley or 111skin.

This is what is odd to me though. A good friend of mine asked what boxes she should subscribe to and I told her definitely the GBP. She signed up last week and is getting the June box and received her spoilers, and she is getting the CEO cream, the purple Tetris pallet, the ciate lippie, and I can’t remember the rest. Like I said, she signed up last week. So it does not make any sense they are out of stock for existing subscribers, but new subscribers are still able to get the June box with the SR or 111skin. makes zero sense at all, and I would be in contact with Ipsy care again if I were in your shoes. That would be very upsetting.

I bet if you signed up under a new email address for the regular glam bag then upgraded to GBP you would get the SR. I know that is absolute BS to have to do that, but hey, I would do pretty much anything to get my hands on that Sunday Riley for only $25. Plus you could say HEY IPSY HOW ARE YOU OUT OF STOCK YET YOU JUST LET ME ORDER A JUNE BOX!?!

Sorry for the long rant.

FWIW, the sample picks that were emailed to people were for the regular Ipsy bag, and not Ipsy Plus. It seems like this month a lot more people received the emails than in prior months, and I’m wondering if it has to do with the Improve Your Glam Bag feature being removed. I know not everyone had that feature in the past either.

Luna, you’re right. I was wondering why I saw comments about picking a ciate primer or a makeup brush when those items havent been spoiled on MSA, but I looked at the regular glam bag spoilers and it’s the exact items several people commented and said they selected. I only get the plus box, not the regular box so it took me a minute to figure out why the spoilers were so vastly different 🙂

Some people were opted out of things that was sent to them anyway in June’s IGBP. For those who contacted Ipsycare, was offered a choice of three items to choose one for July. The items offered are…
The Purlisse primer, Huda highlight pallete or Pixi glow mist.

Ipsy does limited offers all the time. Supposedly it’s random. I know it may seem like they aren’t fair but they deliver over a million bags/boxes each month. They would be idiots to launch stuff without testing on a smaller scale.

It’s not an email. When you click on the glam bag, it asks you to make a choice. This is not for the glam bag plus, only regular glam bag.

So just thought I’d share this. I contacted them because I received a tracking email for my glam bag on 6/9 and as of today still hasn’t moved. This was cs’s response. Buyer beware. Just because you order and already payed you may not receive a thing. FYI I had 3add ons, so no idea if I’m getting a refund for the other 2.

SAME THING happened to me!! Shipped notification was 6/9, and I was originally told I was being sent a replacement box. Later that day, I received an email saying all items were out of stock and I would be getting a refund. What I found odd was that all items were available for purchase on their website. I questioned her about it and was told Glam Bag Plus items and products that are on Ipsy were not the same. SMH so annoyed!

Yeah, Ipsy shopper items are almost all sent from the manufacturer, not ipsy. (The exceptions being things like the daily Ipsy Offers, & the mystery bags from previous months.)

This is something that I think Ipsy could be a little clearer Bout, since each manufacturer also has a different shipping policy & shipping fee, & usually you gotta click on things to find out the hidden shipping cost.

Same here! Tracking never moved, Glam bag plus never showed up. They said they’ll refund the box price plus my add on because everything is now out of stock. I’m glad I’m not loosing money but disappointed that I’m not getting any of the products I was looking forward to. Hope everything gets refund fully for you.

Ugh…that is so uncool! A refund is NOT an acceptable resolution. They should have offered you a choice of replacement products for the ones they are out of, or a refund, but it should have been your choice! There is NO excuse for them to be running out of product when they have a waitlist! Isn’t the point of a waitlist to know exactly how many people you’re accommodating each month? I would be so beyond pissed if I were you.😣 I’m sorry that happened.😞

My beat friend signed up for ipsy GBP last week. She got the regular glam bag and it automatically let her upgrade to GBP. She got her spoilers 3 days or so ago and she is getting the June box WITH the Sunday riley and the purple tetris pallet and the ciate lippe.

So for those who are being told they are out if stock, that makes no sense at all. Try to sign up as a new subscriber with a different email address and I bet you will get the SR.

Cant understand why they will let people still sign up and receive the Sunday riley yet they are telling existing customers they are out of stock.

Thinking I might do my first skip month since the beginning of sub. Though I have opted out, via email, from highlighters, they still send one occasionally because of the “box configurations” so they tell me. Those who already got the eye shadow palette are pretty much guaranteed the highlighter one and with the other spoilers I am sensing a GLOW theme.

I think they are repeating items since they have opened it up to so many new subscribers. I got a repeat highlighter in Dec and they sent me an additional eye shadow mini palette.
I have not had a repeat since.

Since I already received the Huda Eye palette the first time they offered it, I think that would mean I’m getting the other palette this time, but I ha e a second sub that is newer and will probably be getting the eye palette in that one. I’m thinking that’s how they will work it. The ones that didn’t sub to GBP back when the eye palette was offered, will most likely be getting that variant.

Is the eyeshadow palette for those subscribers who subscribed AFTER the box that came with the eyeshadow palette? Does that make sense? I already got the huda eyeshadow palette when it was in Ipsy plus the first time time.. I would like to NOT receive it again…

You might just get a palette with the shade you didn’t get. I got Smokey, so I’m thinking I might get Mauve or Coral?? I’m okay with that. I don’t want a highlighter. Heck, I didn’t want the Tetris Palette either..LOL

This is only my 2nd GBP but I ordered the Huda palette as an add on. Is there a way to make sure I don’t get the same palette I already purchased from them? I wouldn’t mind if I got a different eyeshadow or the highlighter.
