I love that Boxy is doing this! I’m hoping the stuff I want will be 70 percent off but probably not 😆 😆

The charm room has had ABSOLUTE garbage for months!!!! Its all stuff they LITERALLY cannot even give away!!!

Ummmm…I feel like we are treated great, just saying…try to buy the items in these boxes and pay full price for them…I get it about the charm room not having much, but yet again… these are free!!!… So much entitlement…get a grip

Where can we find the prices of these items? I just got the stila eye liners for $10 or $11 and love them.

This is a horrible idea. There are so many longstanding issues that they refuse to address. Instead of creating this “new” project, they should have focused on the unfinished project that they introduced a year ago! These prices aren’t even heavily discounted.

They introduced the customization last July and it STILL hasn’t been implemented. We were told that it would be up and running by the beginning of the year and when that deadline passed, they said it wouldn’t be possible to customize products for everyone. Instead of focusing on straightening out long time issues and concerns, they keep creating more things. It’s not logical.

I still have not gotten my Boxyluxe for this month. I got an email saying it would arrive this week. It has not. I had gotten a previous email saying it shipped more than 2 weeks ago. I emailed them and asked for my tracking number. They emailed my back to say they were experiencing high volume responses delayed. It’s been many days now nearly a week and still nothing. I’m frustrated. I’ve been subscribed for years and never had an issue, but I’m pretty sure this package is lost and I can’t seem to get any response other than we will get back to you eventually. Anyone else having similar issues?

Darn it, Luna! I was determined to unsubscribe after June, especially with so little spoiler info. But after reading this list I’m afraid I’d be kicking myself because of this sale!😄
But seriously, thanks for the update!

WHY are they trying to get us to buy these items instead of including them in in our sub boxes??

Reply ButtonReply

Bee

I’m interested in knowing how much the farmacy and travel pillow is. Would a current subscriber let me know when this goes live?

Reply ButtonReply

Kc

They’re trying to compete w Ipsy glam bag plus and fff maybe?

Reply ButtonReply

Luna

It looks like the travel pillow will be selling for $20 and the Farmacy for $40.

Reply ButtonReply

Lena

I’m glad they’re keeping the lifestyle items as separate from the boxes. No need to be like FFF, it’s better to stick to just beauty items.

Reply ButtonReply

laci

they sent us a questionnaire a while back asking how interested we would be with getting various non beauty related items that all sounded exactly like FFF’s categories. i really hope everyone unanimously voted wisely.

Michelle

They should’ve put this idea on the back burner while they worked on implementing the beauty quizzes and improving the customer service. I love getting my box every month, but this just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Kinda like, well let’s just ignore all the customer complaints that are filling our social media posts and keep working on those pocketbooks! And as far as the amazing deals they’re claiming, not seeing it. Easy pass for me. Why shop BoxyPopUp when Ipsy add-ons are $12 each for full size quality products?! C’mon Boxy

MzBev

Agreed! Its been a year that they keep saying they will implement profiles. They tried it with that one face palette – which failed badly. So many didn’t get the right version. Sad thing is that there are many who are just excited over something NEW and keep giving them a pass on the lack of CS. *shrugs* I don’t get it.
The prices I have seen, for this new pop up, aren’t even that good!

These kinda of sales are going out of business sales. FYI.

I wanted to give a shout out for one of the ” hero” items in the upcoming sale.

I found this product: GLOW RECIPE – Avocado Melt Sleeping Mask
through Memebox, and it was amazingly great and gentle and softly scented.
I’m both surprised and happy to see it..

However, I’m worried about the expiration dates and freshness of the cosmetic and skin care items, esp. K- skin care as it usually has very little preservatives for the good of our skin. ***Can anyone tell me why products I don’t recall seeing in a Boxycharm box are in a Boxycharm sale?
I mean no provocation in asking. Thanks! 😉

If they considered using charms I would purchase. Though they are all sale items.. the sale prices still aren’t making me jump. They don’t seem that deeply discounted in my opinion.

Reply ButtonReply

Becca

Where are you seeing the sale prices? It’s not loading any pricing info for me…..

Reply ButtonReply

Emma

On Instagram @boxypreview has a post listing the prices!

I finally used up my charms this month. I think it’s time for me to cancel. I’m not even sad. There are items I want in next month’s boxy but in reality these items are not too difficult to swap for if you wait a month or two.

Reply ButtonReply

Ashley

I wont be purchasing any items from the popup. Im disappointed that we cannot use our charms. Forcing us to have to use actual cash, meanwhile, the charm room looks like trash. I wish they would focus on updating the charm room.

Xtine

I was about to ask, can we use our charms for this sale? Thanks for answering my question in advance! I totally agree with everyone else, I have tons of charms and I never use them because the charm room sucks! To be honest I don’t even review my boxes anymore because I feel like what’s the point? I wish there was some way we could convince them to let us use our charms for this sale instead of having to buy everything with our hard earned money! We spend enough between boxycharm and boxyluxe and in my opinion the products in charm room definitely do not make me feel like I’m being rewarded for being a loyal subscriber, the choices in the charmroom usually aren’t anything that great and if there is something worthwhile in the charmroom it’s sold out almost immediately. If they let us use our charms for the sale or even to put towards the price of our monthly subscription it would make such a difference in me feeling like a valued subscriber that’s actually being rewarded for my loyalty opposed to feeling like they really don’t appreciate my business(or they would show it like other subs do and put some effort into our rewards) and like I’m just a number to them. Come on boxycharm I’ve loved&&supported you forever, and I will continue to, however I think it’s time to make this relationship a two-way street, please step your game up!!!

Mindy

I agree as well, I have like $80 in charm and it just keeps adding up because the charm room is either always empty and had crap items!

Reply ButtonReply

Alecia

I totally agree! We should be able to use our charms.

Keshia

I agree 100% as I have over $400 in charms and not a single item of interest.
