  5. What month is your first month with this?
    Do I get to pick my scent?

    -for me it’s saying June (I signed up today)

    • I remember when I signed up for the first time, I was able to pick my first scent. It’s a lot of fun looking through everything, but a bit overwhelming for me, so I found myself going with their monthly picks as they all were new to me anyways. lol

  6. Shipments are fast now. Got my latest scent in just a week. Had a question with customer service and they responded the next day. I believe everything’s going smooth now. Thank goodness!

  7. I really wish I had better luck with Scentbird. For me, it takes so long to receive each month. I thought I’d give them another try but it’s so frustrating. I’m trying ScentBox but their selection is not great.

  8. I was totally turned off by their customer service when I was trying to use a 40% coupon from this site and it was glitching and taking off 4% if I remember correctly. I was told by their customer serivce dept after sending screen shots of the promo that Liz put up, that it was never a valid coupon and they are not going to accept it. So I don’t think I’ll be subbing to them anytime soon. I really dont think Liz would put something up with their company logo and a promo code if it wasn’t ever valid lol. I actually know she wouldn’t.

  9. Looks like they are trying to re-establish goodwill amongst the client base.

    Have they finally resolved all the issues from their warehouse move? Is anybody still having problems receiving the correct shipments on time?

    • I’d love to know if there are still shipping issues too. I’ve been wanting to re-subscribe since earlier this year, but have been too afraid to do so. I think my sub was ending last year just as they were starting their move to a new warehouse, and the shipments of my last two boxes did start to get a little wonky, but I eventually did get my perfumes. I just didn’t want to go through the not knowing when I’ll get my box again.

  10. I subscribed 2 weeks ago with the $3 promo and I received my sample in a week , I chose Fantasia ( ana sui) and I love it ,nice soft aroma and long lasting
