  1. Sad to see Marie and Lora moving on and wishing them success with their future endeavors — they made this subscription a wonderful experience!

  2. Hi everyone – this is Ashish from Vegancuts. I personally want to apologize for the confusion that the wording here undoubtedly caused. We understand that products do have chemicals in them and “harmful chemicals” is more appropriate to use. Our website does use the terminology “harmful chemicals” – and there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes to make this happen, and we take it very seriously.

The Vegancuts Team actually contains experts in the beauty and makeup products space, and we work very hard to ensure that every product that we bring to our customers is a product we can stand behind – from being 100% vegan and cruelty-free, to ensuring they are truly free from a long list chemicals that industry bodies classify as potentially harmful.

If there are any questions we can help answer or further clarifications, please do let us know: [email protected].

Sincerely apologize again for the confusion.

    • Thank you for clarifying.

  3. Wasn’t Kloverbox $25? And VeganCuts is $22.95. So those who prepaid for Kloverbox should get refunded $2.05 per month they prepaid, shouldn’t they? I don’t see this addressed on the FAQ page.

  4. I would never trust any company that states there are no chemicals in anything. They obviously don’t know what they’re talking about.

    • THANK YOU. I laughed out loud when I read that nonsense. They obviously don’t know what anything is made of. Uh, chemicals.

These are the same people who use the word “toxins” without knowing what that is.

Their business is going under, but at least they got Vegancuts to take over the next box so that people who paid already wouldn’t be up a creek.

    • The claim I see above says their products are free of “harmful chemicals” – does it say somewhere else that they claim their products are free of all chemicals?

      • At the end of the first bold print paragraph written by Kloverbox.

        • *squinting* I don’t see that.

          • “You won’t see any parabens, mineral oils, or chemicals”. Umm, yes, you will. Even H2O is a chemical compound.

Those that mean “man-made chemicals” should (1) say so and (2) understand that many “natural” ingredients cost less to synthesize in the lab. Do you really believe that millions of snails are sacrificed to make all the snail mucin in K-beauty products? That CHEMICAL compound is simply synthesized in the lab for pennies.
