I signed up for this offer at the end of May and got charged for May and June b/c I missed the cancellation cut off the June. My June box came but my May box and Oribe gift has yet to arrived. Not impressed. Allure sent an email advising of the delay for the May box but that was AFTER I received the June box !

I just received the June box. I didn’t see the Oribe hair oil and I’m a new customer. Oh well.

My experience:
I signed up when it was the Caudalie Moisturizer. I received my box without the moisturizer so I called them and advised them… the lady was SO sweet and promised to send me one. A week later I receive my Moisturizer…. I thought “Well, that was quick”. but then another three weeks pass and I receive ANOTHER one, this must’ve been the one she put in after the first one was shipped. So in my experience, they do ship the items, it just takes a while to get to you. Customer service was great to me!

I would like to warn everyone. Allure is known to use false advertising and not fulfilling their promises. I have ordered with the free perfume promo, didn’t receive the perfume and their customer service reps, who were beyond rude, denied this offer ever existed. Sign up on your risk!!

Same here! Just got my box last Friday and I got this months sign up products, no Perfume but I did receive an email last week about the mistake with the perfume so fingers crossed they will still send it. I also did not receive the mit for the tanner. I cancelled don’t feel like dealing. I did however get the Amorepacific 🤷🏻‍♀️

Do you know if Allure still does the Allure Beauty Thrills box? They used to be seasonal, I think they were 3-4 times a year and cost $49-$59 for the box but you received 20+ full size beauty, body, and face items. They would go on sale at 12pm EST on a certain day of the week and once sold out you were out of luck. I bought 2-3 boxes in the past and would like to purchase again but haven’t heard if they still sell. Portions of what you paid would go towards a New York charity Allure designated. I used to receive reminders from a beauty blogger but she no longer blogs. Hope you can find out or know the answer. Thanks!

Ya, I’m wondering if they’ll be doing one soon too since the first box of the year was always in May (maybe April). I don’t think I bought any last year, but I’m still always eager to see spoilers for them.

I see them advertised in the magazine, but I think it’s only a couple times a year now.

My advice is be patient . Allures shipping in in another time zone lol. And if the gift ships separate there is a high chance you’ll have to wait 1-3 months for it or it never comes. I think they ship late on purpose to make sure you can’t cancel and you are roped into next months box. I fine with June’s box so I don’t mind. I did the perfume sign up and still haven’t received anything but I already know to expect this. Also I don’t bother calling because the reps don’t usually know anything about the always Changing new member items.

Will i get this through Amazon too?

In my experience, Amazon USUALLY does not send out the special gift for joining.
The last one I received was the La Mer set, and it was mailed directly from the La Mer company, so I can’t say with 100% certainty.

I fo think I’ve gotten less valuable items through Allure at random for no reason whatsoever, as my subscription boxes are ongoing. It seems to be some sort of a one time offer. Things like lip glosses, powder, perfume ( half size retail, usually) and lots of hair care items that are full sized just show up.
They will be packaged in either a paper business envelope ( RME) or a box in the case of spillable items.

I have a missing product from an Amazon Allure May subscription box, though. I did not get the body self- tanner but did get the mitt and the brochure listing it as one of my products.
I phoned Allure and they acted like they didn’t believe me. Said I would get a replacement. Ask me if I’m holding my breath.

When it comes to extra items, the Allure direct route is the best for this perk.
In my experience, anyway. 🙂

No, you only get this gift if you sign up through Allure.
You won’t get this if you sign up through Amazon.
