I saw this where Sephora keeps their sample products, but on the outer edge facing out toward the store.

I get this every year. I am not really excited about this one so I am going to pass. I have been using volition face sunscreen and I really like it!

I usually jump on these every Spring but in doing so and trying them all over the years, I can honestly say: spend the $40 on the Shiseido full size.

I was thinking the same thing, only for the Coola drops. The bag this year has nothing new and exciting. I have been getting it for a few years and am very tired of some of these products that appear in every one

I really love the bag with the basket weave!

They should feel bad taking these tiny baby sunscreens away from their mamas.

I kind of miss when I’d get so excited about these. I’ve finally found my HG sunscreen (Dr. Denese SPF 30 Defense Day Cream–finally one that doesn’t make my oily skin worse), and I didn’t find it from this box, but from another beauty box that I tried one time and dropped.

Hope there will be a different online edition with a full size sunscreen. The one above is not going to make me run out to Sephora today. Maybe if they still have them in store when their sale starts. I do love sunscreen and love trying new ones.

Same, a tiny tube of sunscreen isn’t really enough to try out how well it perform imo.

Last year’s was said to be $36 for $161 of value in 16 different products. So 2019’s version of $39 for $114 of value in 12 products is decidedly a worse deal. Might be missing a few here but at a quick glance:
Brands no longer included
– Tarte
– Philosophy
– AmorePacific
– Farmacy
– REN
Brands Added
– Dr. Jart+
– Origins

Yup, I love all those discluded brands, especially Anore Pacific! I have more Dr Jart and Origins than I know what to do with

I noticed that, and a much worse deal than the prior 3 years when it was only $32 and had 14-15 generous samples.

I thought the kit generally has many more products. Ive noticed over the last few years they often release 2 versions. I wonder if that’s the case again this year.

Yesterday, I saw a smaller version at the store that was selling for $25. It was located in the section where they have all of their sample sized products, but facing out toward the store. I can’t recall what it had in it, but it had about eight products or so in it. It looks like it was in the same type of bag… maybe smaller? Also, if you have a JC Penney near you, I’d recommend checking out the Favorites kits that are exclusive to them. They’re always a bit different (of course, with some overlap), and honestly sometimes I think the JC Penney kits are even better than the Sephora ones. Lol
JC Penney also has some nice skincare kits too! (plus a primer kit) I posted their contents a week or two ago in another post, but I can’t recall which one. But I do recall the skincare kits were $42 each, and one had a $125 value, and the other was something like a $161 value. It might be worth checking out. 🙂

With my fair and delicate skin, I would be like a kid in a candy store with this box. I’m considering it because of all those product I have never tried, especially the moisturizers that have sunscreen in them.

My skin is so fair, that I get annoyed at the trend to tint sunscreen. It’s too dark for me. Plus, tinted sunscreen is only good for the face, and then you have to use a second product for neck, chest, and arms. I guess sunscreen manufacturers don’t use their own product, and have no concept of tinted sunscreen staining your shirt. Back to the old and trusted standby, the Walmart imitation of Neutrogena!

Hmm… I’ve purchased this every year, but I think I’ll pass on it this year. Last year, there were two full size items, including a full size Lancome sunscreen. This year, everything is sample size, and most are 5ml to 7ml… really tiny.

I agree…I enjoyed it last year but I’m not tempted this year.
