  1. I received my box yesterday and I would caution anyone about subscribing to this box. As others have commented, the scarf is pocket sized (I guess I can tie it around a purse handle), the bag can hold a banana (because honestly what can you do with a tiny bag like that?) and the macaroons were crushed (they are delicate and do not ship well). If I were a child, maybe I could use the scarf and bag, but since this isn’t a box for children, I am stumped as to why things are so tiny? I am only glad that I just purchased the one box. It’s a lovely idea, but it seems they cannot supply the size of the items they advertise. After so much trouble trying to keep track of and then receiving this box almost a month and a half after I ordered it. I am OUT! I’ll stick with BoxyCharm and Fab Fit Fun.

    • I am still waiting for my box, so I can’t comment on the size of the items yet… but if you go to Instagram and check the users’ photos of the April box (look for the tag #ouiplease or #ouipleasebox to find users’ photos), you’ll see one photo so far — and that person received a regular size bag, with long handles (J think in pink). This means that some boxes had real bags and some (most?) didn’t. That’s pretty annoying because it means some people got a box with higher value (and usability) than others. I would complain on social media.

    • I need to see a picture of everyone else’s bag! Mine doesn’t feel small to me.

      • I have seen a photo of a bag from a OP subscriber on Instagram (check for users’ photos with the tag #ouiplease and #ouipleasebox, and you’ll find it), and her bag is regular size, with long handles. It looks like it’s the pink variation. It’s possible that the sizes for the Filt bag change depending on the color, which would mean that some people got a normal bag and others a tiny one. This does not seem OK to me. But since I haven’t received my box yet, I can’t actually comment on the items’ sizes first hand… I will post an update when I get it.

  2. My box still has not shipped. I’m starting to get really annoyed.

  3. Got mine. But macaroons were crushed from shipping. Scarf looked like a handkerchief and the shopping bag was Barbie doll size. Other than that the other stuff was ok, but disappointed about the other 3 items which I was most looking forward to. Not sure if I’d continue subscription for $150 but I’ll wait and see what the items are. I did email them about the misleading items(size) and macaroons. Ashley did respond only after posting on social media the product issues.

    • What did she say? I sent an email yesterday through their web form about the misrepresented items but haven’t heard anything back. What we were sent was clearly not what was advertised. Even on the OuiPlease website, they say the scarf will come in a pink box and ours was in a cardboard envelope. And the bag they show on their site is one with long handles. Not sure if they weren’t sent what they expected from their supplier or if it was deliberate, but it’s left a bad taste in my mouth.

      • I posted on Instagram and Facebook with pictures to show the difference between what they pictured (represented) and what I got ion reality. Then I got a representative to tell me Ashley would be in contact. Ashley emailed me but really didn’t have a good solution and honestly I didn’t feel the effort or sincerity. It’s like she wasn’t surprised about the inconsistency’s. So, I suggested her to let me pick something from the previous boxes left over since I didn’t trust I’d get the other 3 items in the condition advertised. I picked the bangle and received it, but it’s defective. Not if good quality. I give up on this company. The positive reviews have me curious. Just post your comments on social media, however they will delete any negative feedback on IG. Good luck

        • Did you post your comments on the Oui Please pages on Facebook or Instagram? I don’t see anything and wonder if they are removing negative comments. I was surprised by how few comments they have on their IG posts, to be honest. You would think comments from customers would keep them on their toes.

          • Yes, Instagram Oui Please and Facebook Oui Please under reviews. I took my comments off Facebook after I finally got them to respond.

          • They took my comments off on Instagram and quickly too.

  4. Like others, I received an email that my box had shipped. When I checked the tracking information, it now says that only a label was created. Not a fan of the way this company does business. I am going to reach out to them, and if I don’t receive a response, I will have my cc company stop the charge. Glad I only purchased the single box. It seems many of the items were not what was represented on the website. That is bait and switch. Very disappointed!

    • Same thing here — I’m a first-time subscriber and I received a shipping update from OP on 4/23 for my April/May box, but there’s no movement, only a notification that the label was created. I am not too worried yet. I subscribe to two K-beauty boxes and there’s always a delay of a week or so between the creation of the label (aka “your box has shipped — yeah, right!,” email) and the time the package actually moves. They may be using a third party shipper that takes its sweet time in delivering the boxes to USPS, or they may be sending the boxes out in waves, despite their claim they do not… Either way, I hope all our boxes move soon and our macarons won’t get stale 🙂

    • Did you get a response Debra? I’m in the same situation. Received a shipment email on 4/23, but the tracking number only shows a label has been created.

      • I received a label on the morning of the 24th, and it finally moved late last night.

        • Mine is still waiting for shipment, but I am glad to hear some boxes are moving. Hopefully that means mine will be on the way soon! I’m really not in a rush other than I worry about the macaroons being past their prime by the time they arrive.

          • They say on Instagram that they are shipping in batches because they want to ensure the macarons are fresh. Hopefully that’s true.

      • I received a lame response from someone named Ashley. She told me that my box was delayed because of the macaroons and that I would be receiving it “soon”. I will never do business with this company again. I have no movement on my package at all. It’s clear that the is a supply issue. I am most certain their company will not be in business for long. I going to contact my credit card company and stop the charge. I am tired of dealing with a company that has no idea how to conduct business!

  5. Does any one else still have their shipping status in label created only?

    • Yes I do! It was created Tuesday with a delivery date of Friday with Fedex, now I shows no delivery date and still just a label created

    • Yes! It did show expected ship date of Tuesday 23rd with delivery date ofFriday 26th with Fedex, now it shows no delivery date, that is so not cool at all OuiPlease

  7. Shipping today thru Friday I’m told, I would love to order a Mother’s Day Box but I need to be confident that it will indeed arrive by mother’s day. This is my first box so I’m still cautiously optimistic

  9. Has anyone received notification that their April box has shipped yet? Hopefully this box will put the cogs in motion . . .

    • Good luck! They failed to send me a box out of my prepaid annual sub and their response was not “here is your missing box” but “we decide how many boxes are in a year.” So I got one less box because they decided! Never got my missing box. They never made it right. Never got my money back. Canceled right away. I am surprised these scammers are still in business.

      • So odd. Their annual sub is longer than a year given delays but it should still include 6 boxes. Check to see what V. your sub started. For example 4.1 is the first box of the 4th year. It goes from 4.1 to 4.6. So, for example, if you started with 3.2 you should go through 4.1. I would try again. 6 boxes should still be an annual.

      • So sorry to hear this happened. I think whoever is pushing to make sure they ship on time is really screwing over prepaid annual subs. I’m still in the mess now and they still owe me boxes but want to recharge me another annual before shipping… hope you can fight them and best of luck!
