I just got my sample reveal and I never even heard of the products I got. I got some hair shampoo and condition face creams a eye crayon some off brand mascara and literally nothing I’ve ever heard of. Wtf this is only my second month with this company I’m. So disappointed I could cry. Thank u for saving me $15 canceling now.

The main problem with birchbox is to reach them by phone
I rarely text and it is annoying to me to feel I must to talk to the company
O/w I am pleased with whomever is running it even if it is out of new york.

i don’t think products have changed just the price and the new box…

There is an extra product. Birchbox said this when they released the new price structure. It used to be 5 products now should be 6.

Yay, excited for the dr Jart, lipstick and nail polish!! Hoping this is one curated box. And that it doesn’t sell out like last month… =/

Is the nail polish full size?

Hoping this is the curated box. Very nice!

I would be happy to get any of these items and if its a curated box, even better! I have received the Oribe mousse before and I wouldn’t mind to get it again. It is a great product, has amazing hold/lift. Plus, since I use mousse everyday, it’s great to have a travel size on hand for trips.

I have been getting some full size items in my last two boxes. Brushes, eye shadows, lip balm. Very pleased in the value.

I would definitely pick this if it was a curated box! (And I’ve never, ever picked a curated box.)
I’ve been dying to try those new Dr Jart serums, I’m OBSESSED with Lipstick Queen (have y’all seen the new purple, lime, & orange transforming shades?!?! 😍), & while that color of Smith & Cult polish is a little bland, it alone is worth twice what I paid for the month’s box (based on the price I paid for the yearly sub).

If the above was the curated box I would be happy!

Not worth $15. They have done 6-7 in the past when it was $10. Now it’s $15 but feels the same with repeat items. Though I like Kiehl’s, gimme brow and oribe, I don’t want to keep recieving them. Nothing really excites me except for the nail polish.

With the increase in price, the box samples are still tiny (some) or are they giving 6 items now instead of 5. To be honest I don’t see much change in this box. Oribe and Benefit are repeats though Oribe is the bomb.
I love the nail polish but I’m going to be annoyed if its not a choice or in a curated box. Lipstick looks great too.
Anyhow, I signed up for a 3 month sub when they offered the pillow spray. Does anyone know when they charge us? Is it in April or May?

I would really love a box with nail polish. What are the odds if it is a sample choice or in a curated box that it would sell out before non-Aces got to pick?

Usually I would say that you would have nothing to worry about, but considering that it is a Smith & Cult polish, I would say that all bets are off.

I think they are giving 6 instead of 5 now.

The letter on their site says they will give six for a few months. 🙁
