  2. I received my box yesterday. I have been a subscriber since the first box and feel that they have been getting back to how the original boxes were. Nice assortment of items and so far the men’s box has been great. My son is 36 and has been really impressed. Only issue has been that French sizing is different. The bracelet in the women’s box was odd. One letter and mine was sideways. A C is pretty plain.

  5. I can’t believe I’m posting this same complaint AGAIN…but a full year and a half after cancelling this sub, they STILL are sending me a box. ARGHHH. I should bill them for all the time I’ve spent with “Ashley” trying to sort out their customer service issues.

  6. Has anyone received their February box yet? They sent me tracking information on February 23 but it hasn’t moved in 2 weeks. Getting worried!

    • Mine was the same – just sat around and didn’t move. It *finally* did and I received it yesterday. Hopefully yours does the same soon!

      • Oh good to hear you received it, Alex! I’ve sent them an email just to check on the status. I wonder if they are shipping out in batches?

        • I also got the notice on February 23. It started moving a couple of days ago and I received it yesterday (not far to go from TX to UT). The shipping delay after receiving notice a week to 2+ weeks before has been typical in my experience. Hope you get your box soon!

    • I actually received the Feb. 23 email and then ANOTHER one about a week later telling me I would receive a tracking number “soon” – of course I already had a tracking number for the 23rd! Glad to know everyone’s in the same spot.

    • My tracking just sat forever so I emailed them. No response but the next day the package started moving and it was here quickly thereafter. I received the correct customization this time too!
