Ipsy family please help. I recieved my glam bag yesterday and the bag was completely opened and marked with an unsealed sticker on the pink packaging. None of my items had tamper seals on them. I emailed Ipsy customer service and they simply responded with thats normal because Ipsy opened my bag to add items but none of my add on items were in the bag either. Ipsy customer service said not to worry that my items are safe. Am so upset because my bag was really great this month but I just don’t think I can risk using items that may have been tampered with. Am I way off base here? Has anyone else had this happen? Thanks so much!!

Was it that it was never sealed (they didn’t remove the white strip) , Or that someone unsealed it? And did Ipsy say your add-ons were supposedly put in? If according to them your add-ons were indeed put in the bag and it was originally sealed but someone opened it…my guess would be it was just to steal your add-ons. Not tamper with your products.

The bag was sealed and then reopened. Ipsy said they opened it to put my add ons in the bag and then resealed it. But sometime between Ipsy shipping it and me receiving it, it was reopened. And my addons were not in there. I thought maybe they fell out but maybe someone did open it to steal them and then couldn’t reseal the bag since the sticky stuff was not sticky anymore. I wonder how many people know what an Ipsy package is to know they could seal the addons inside?? Crazy people. Ipsy customer service didn’t respond about my addons yet. Maybe they are backed up.

Mine never have seals on them and I use them all the time.

Your bag doesn’t have a seal? Or your products? I do get products without seals so I have no issue with that. My issue was that my bag arrive completely open to the world. So I have no way of telling if someone tampered with the items inside.

I just went back into the ‘past glam bags’ link and discovered you can now leave reviews for all the products you added on to your bag in the past! I just got an extra 100+ points on my account!

I just noticed this today too!!! How cool. The only thing I noticed though was that I added the Youth To The People cleanser to both my regular and Ipsy Plus bags, but I was only able to review it one time. 🙁 When I tried to review it the 2nd time I kept getting an error message saying there was a problem with my review and to try later. Hmmmm, maybe I’ll try again tomorrow (if I remember).

This is a great enhancement. I would be so happy to receive brown eyeliners and mascara instead of black! Lot of women have strong preferences in lip colors. Good job IPSY!!

That’s because she probably didn’t get it – I just got refunded for mine because it never showed up and tracking has been stalled since 2/26. So disappointed ☹️ I mean it’s not like I need anything but it’s the only box I get now so I’m even more excited when I get it.

I called several times before I finally requested a refund, which they finally gave me. Then 2 boxes showed up within days, why couldn’t they just look at tracking? They told me there was no tracking. February was only my second month with allure so I was really confused.

I’m new to Ipsy. Caved because I need to get the Glam Bag plus at some point. I literally signed up a few days ago and it said I would get the April Bag. I’ve already been billed. does that mean this is shipping out soon?

I’m not sure – If your first box will be the April box, that won’t ship until April. I would recommend contacting [email protected] so they can look at your account and get you a specific answer. Hope that helps a bit!

Oh I know! Since I kept seeing this bag quite a bit since it was spoiled, I had it in my mind that this was the bag I’d get as this month’s bag. So needless to say, yesterday I was a bit disappointed and confused (but only for a sec) when I got the copper March bag. I think the March bag was really cute too, so I recovered quickly. haha!
