I emailed them about the pricing discrepancy on the Special Edition box. I find this kind of sales tactic to be insulting.

It’s disappointing that you jacked up the price on the Special Edition box and then had a “flash sale”. If you wanted more money for the box, have a lower percentage off in the sale. This feels deceptive.
I’ve left you glowing reviews before, but this is kind of whack.

Thanks for your concern. We actually don’t raise prices during sales. The $34.95 was an introductory price and it’s been $39.95 for almost three weeks now. While we are not interested in deceptive business practices, we do reserve the right to adjust our pricing structure as necessary. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Why don’t you try contacting customer support? I’ve done this with another box, and they were kind enough to refund me the coupon difference.

The special edition box went up in price from $34.95 to $39.95 for this coupon. Check the review of the box to verify. Lame.
