  1. Hopefully more luxe brands!! 🤞

  2. Customization or larger samples would be great.

  3. Larger sizes, some customization (or even just paying attention to your profile). Less discrepency in box desirability with variations. I want these boxes to be fun and to feel like a great value. I cancelled because play was always a let down.

    I do love when the old boxes go on sale around black Friday, though — I can finally get the ones I wanted.

  4. Love Sephora’s products but would subscribe to play if they customized.

  5. I’d like to see some full sized products or at least travel sized.

  6. I’d like to be able to customize more where I get more skincare and less makeup.

  8. Be great to receive one or two full-size items.

  9. More luxe brands in the regular boxes or creating a monthly luxe box that’s a subscription, not one time purchase. I also like the idea of letting subscribers pick at least one item.

    Joking aside, I would like to see more k-beauty products!

  14. I’d love better customization and would love access/ the ability to buy new special edition boxes. (I’m a Rouge member & was unable to purchase the most recent Luxe box released. And, yes, I’m still salty over it)

    Something new. Different fragrances.

  36. I’d love an option to NOT receive fragrance. I don’t need anything instead, just no fragrance. My husband is so severely allergic that I can’t subscribe because of the scent permeating everything. I tried it for a couple of months, but even airing out in the sun wasn’t enough.
