This happened to me when I used a code for the Black Friday sale with the LootAnime sub I decided to order my son for Christmas. I sent a msg to CS and they applied the code and refunded the extra cost to my Visa. I was impressed with their service and just upgraded this sub to a year successfully with this new coupon. I like to support businesses with excellent CS response.
Same thing happened to me. Showed the purchase as $9.99, got an email about my $19.99 subscription. Just sent them a message.
Same happened to me, put in a ticket right away… took 36 hours but they responded, saying it was a technical error, apologized and assured that they will credit the difference back to my card.
