That’s lovely they are just giving the bum bum cream away when i paid for it as an add-on and never received it…Anyways I also got an email from ipsy saying “Woo-hoo we’ve put a special package in the mail just for you” It has a tracking code but it’s DHL so it’s gonna be a while, But does anyone know if ipsy just sends random gifts or has anyone else received a similar email? And if it is a random gift are they ever any good?? The curiosity is killing me.

Yeah, that happened to me awhile back when I had gotten a nail polish in my bag but the brush was wonky – I emailed them to see what they could do and they sent me a replacement. The email with the tracking number for the new polish was worded just like yours. So maybe they’re sending you your replacement cream? Hth! 🙂

I got some of the bum bum cream too. I’ve never tried it but every review I read raved about it (save for a couple folks who thought the smell was too strong and I’m not worried about that). I’m going to try my darnedest to stay ahead of my dry skin this winter and it sounds like this stuff should help! Thanks for the head’s up!
