  1. Why aren’t my comments posting?

  2. Target has a couple of holiday beauty boxes available online right now! One is a collaboration with Dermstore (who knew!?), and it includes a .5oz Sunday Riley Good Genes, along with a few other products from the likes of Tula, Skinmedica, Lancer & more ,for 24.99. So if you buy two boxes, it’s like getting Good Genes for a little more than half off and everything else for free! 🙂

    • Hi Luna, Exactly, who knew? 🙂 I literally just came on here to see if anyone mentioned that holiday box collaboration with Dermstore! So very pleasantly surprised, I think that’s a wonderful price for the entire box. That’s the same size GG as in the Power Couple Duo kit! That one is quite tempting! I really like that they did this!

  3. I have 3- $3 off $15 codes if anyone can use them before the 5th

    • May I have one please? Thank you!

      • Sorry they are all gone 🙁

  4. I have 3 -$3 off $15 coupons that expire on the 5th, I will not be using them, I already did and order 3 boxes which is how I got these, LOL…anyone want one?

  5. Does anyone know when the next baby box is coming out? They usually have one in April, July and October. Haven’t seen one since April.

  6. Does anyone have a $3 off code they are not going to use? I’ll swap for it!

  7. And you can request price match from Target if you bought at $7 within 14 days.

  8. How are you all able to use the coupons? I can only add 2 to my shopping cart, so only $10.

  9. Aw, I resisted these boxes at first, because I figured I would only like a few things. But how can I say no to a sale?!

    • SAME!!! I ordered mine.

    • Megan, same here! lol

      • Update- I bought 1 of each 😆

      • LOL I did, too! And I haven’t bought a Target Beauty Box in months! I used to get them every month, but I was on product overload and they just didn’t seem that great anymore. However, I couldn’t resist this time once the price decreased! 😂

  10. Oh you lovely enablers 😘

  11. My dermatologist recommended that I use Cetaphil, and I have tried one of the Olay Whips and really liked it, plus their Whips have received awards, so I’m very happy to get another one in this box. My other Olay Whip came in the walmart box.

  12. Thanks for letting me know! I just bought 2 more! Great deal!

  13. Yay! I already bought both of these last week so I had both $3 off coupons and got 2 more of each for $14 and change! Will be great smaller gifts for my cousins 🙂

    • Aww! I forgot about the coupons!!! I just bought two more of each and paid the whole $20.00!!! Blurgh!😖

  14. BTW, thanks to about 6 months of Target’s beauty boxes, I won’t have to buy toothpaste, deodorant, dry shampoo, hand cream, shampoo/conditioner, or body wash for about two years…lol …

  15. I don’t need the stuff, but I bought 4 more for gifting and donating! And i used my $3 off coupon, so just over $4 a box!

The boxes are great for gifts, too! They are lined with pretty tissue!

  16. Just bought two October Eye boxes. What an awesome value! Everything in it, except the mascara, is full size! This helps with gifting for Christmas for sure!

  17. I just ordered both boxes! I haven’t ordered a Target beauty box in months. I really don’t need anything in them, but I couldn’t resist with the price reduction!

  18. On the box insert it says you can also use the eye drops to thin mascara, just add a couple drops into the tube. I thought that was cool. I’m not sure what I’m going to with the drops otherwise. Does anyone understand the ingredient list? Is it salt? I do like to use hydrating eyedrops when my eyes are irritated or tired, they can be very soothing. I don’t care to use anything which constricts the blood vessels but if this is basically a wash, I think I am fine with that. If anyone has a better understanding, please share. 🙂

    • I researched these drops a bit when I first saw they were in this box, and apparently they work by reducing intraocular (inside the eye) pressure.

I don’t have any particular problem with eye redness – I do work in front of a computer all day, but whatever eye strain I get can be fixed by a good night’s sleep or a nap if I need one, so I am not interested in an item like that, especially after a couple of scary reviews I read on Amazon.

As for thinning out dried up mascara, the much cheaper way to do it would be to use a basic saline solution, where you can get a 12 oz bottle for three bucks.

      • Hi Juju, thank you for that information, I am not familiar with the mechanic of reducing intraocular pressure, I will have to read more about it. I don’t actually have much need to thin out mascaras so as to buy a full size saline solution — I get so many mascaras in boxes, I should probably throw drying ones out; I was just looking for any way to get more use out of the drops. 🙂

      • I don’t know, maybe I am the only one who feels this way, but when I read what exactly the active ingredient does, my first thought was that intraocular pressure isn’t really something I want to mess with just for cosmetic purposes.

Although I am guessing the drops are safe enough if so many people are using them and are happy with the results.

My mother, btw, keeps adding saline to her liquid black eyeliners, although I have no idea why, god knows I give her my black eyeliners from the subscription boxes by the dozen. 😀 But she apparently likes only one particular kind of eyeliner which she can’t always find in stock, so she does that when running low on her supply.

      • Btw, Juju, I wanted you to know I replied to you but no way of telling if or when my comment will show up. 😀

      • Lol, I saw! No worries! 🙂

      • Thank you for the info.

    • The drops expire in 6 months, so I really don’t see many people getting much use out of them – especially in the winter months.

      • Oh, that’s a shame.

    • I’ve been adding regular Visine (or any eye drops) to dry mascara, for years. It helps a lot!

  19. I ordered both on the first round and just ordered them again. I’ve already used and liked a bunch of stuff from both of them. If you add a toothbrush, deodorant and body wash to the first box it’s literally everything you’d need for an impromptu getaway or sleepover.

  20. I broke down and bought both – just as I was starting to get my overflow of products under control……… Addiction is right!

    • Me too! I think it’s just more of an excuse for me to pluck a few items out that I’d use, and then donate the other wonderful products (either to my friends or shelters).

At the end of the day, it’s a wonderful way to spend a small amount of money. I mean, I spent more on a Beauty Blender last week, than i did on 4 boxes…yeeesh…

  21. I actually liked both of these boxes. Especially the Eye one. May get another.

  22. I’m not even particularly interested in any of the items but for the price of one month sub for both of them, got both boxes anyway!

  23. So I just got two of the eye boxes and one of the other ones and was able to use my $3 coupon from the 1st box I got when they came out. The total came to $12.76 for three boxes!!! Too good of a deal to pass up! I will be gifting most of these things in stockings and gift bags for Christmas!

    • They are great for gifts!!! I used my coupon too! This is the second time in 6 months they’ve discounted the boxes to $5 and I’ve been able to use the coupon at the same time. Awesome deal!

  24. Wow, those went on sale fast! I just got my boxes yesterday, and I immediately replaced my (uh-hm) almost 15-year old Anastasia brow brush & spoolie combo with the Sonia Kashuk one. I tried it this morning, and maybe because the bristles are so soft compared to my old one, but it doesn’t feel like it really picked up & applied that much brow powder. I’m willing to stick with it though and toughen it up like my Anastasia one. haha. I also really love the actual boxes. I actually want to keep them now!

    • Your post reminds me of the new makeup towels I bought last month. My old ones were about 2-3 years old and I didn’t realize how worn down the fibers were until I got new ones. When I placed the new towels against my skin, I was amazed at how soft they were. LOL!

  25. The first box has a couple of things I’d been interested in trying for a while so I got two. At $5 it really feels like you’re paying for a box of samples so I’m pleased with it.

  26. I tried to order one a couple days ago, but it said they were unavailable. Must have been another glitch?

  27. Wow, thank you for posting this. I wasn’t going to purchase them when they first came out but now grabbed both of them. To good a deal to pass up lol.

    • Yes, thanks for this post. I bought one initially and just picked up 2 more of the eye boxes. That Lumify is great! It’s soothing and takes the red out.

    • I just got them both as well $5 a great deal 🙂

  28. I enjoyed the eye gels; for me, they were soothing and non-irritating and I liked that they weren’t super adhering so that they don’t pull when you remove them. I used them straight away after I received my box yesterday. I bought another box just for them. I looked at buying more of just the eye gels and, holy smokes, they only sell that individual packet for $4.99. I think that’s a bit high to even consider regular use. They are these thin delicate patches with not much ‘juice’ so you can’t even really reuse them. Maybe I’m crazy, but I was hoping to find they sold like a three pack for that price. I have at least a dozen other eye gel packets from other boxes. I guess I will be trying those out.

    • I agree those eye gels are insanely expensive. I liked them when I got them in place, but they are a nightmare to work with and there’s too much competition to deal with hard to place patches.

      • I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought so. Yeah, mine doubled over as I lifted them out of the tray which I can deal with and now that I know what they are like I think I can do a better job with the next set. Too bad they are so pricey, I really like that they are ingredient conscious but you expect brands to be affordable when they are at a mass retailer like Target and one set in a packet @ $4.99 may technically be affordable but it isn’t over time.

  29. Funny, l was just telling myself l’d buy this if it went on sale!

  30. I noticed this last night so I bought 3 more. I used one of the 3 dollar off coupons from the first October boxes I bought and used my red card so it only cost a total of 12 bucks and change! Now I’ve got a ton more good products to donate! And a few spares for myself. Sweet deal 🙂

    • I did the same exact thing! Two eye boxes and one of the other one. Will be using some of the things as stocking stuffers and some as add ins for gift bags for Xmas

  31. Thank you! I just got another one!

  32. Is shipping usually free with these? I was going to purchase one, but there’s a $2.99 delivery fee, despite there being a note saying “this item qualifies for free shipping”. So after tax, the eye box would be $8.34 for me.

    • Wow! I just ordered it and received free shipping. Would definitely not purchase with a shipping charge.

      • Well I refreshed my browser a couple of times and after the 2nd refresh, the shipping charge was removed. I don’t know what happened, but I grabbed a box before the delivery charge was somehow added back on. lol

I read reviews on the Lumify drops and while some people said it made them feel like their was something in their eye, it definitely sounds like they do a good job of temporarily removing redness. I’m anxious to try them! You just have to put the drops in BEFORE your contacts, and ideally wait a few minutes before putting your contacts in.

    • I think it’s free shipping when you use your red card. Hth! 🙂

    • I had a $2 delivery fee, but it turned to FREE when I went to check out.

  33. Does anyone know if Lumify Eye Drop can be used with contact lenses? Thank you!

    • They can, but check their website, you have to take contact lenses out to put in drops and then put contacts back in 10 minutes after drops.

      • So no. They can’t be used on contacts lol

      • Techinally, you can use these if you are a contact lens wearer. Which I assumed she meant – lol.

      • Good to know they aren’t contact safe.

    • No the description said not recommended for contact lens wearers

    • Thank you! I ordered the box anyway and I will pass it along to my husband or family members.

      • I used to wear contacts and if I still did, I would just follow their suggestions on their website, but that’s just me. I really like the drops, they make my eyes white like the ad.

  34. I just ordered another! I ordered one a few weeks ago and packed it in my “Vacation bag” for vacation in two weeks. Now I can unpack it and try the products, and the new box will be here in time for vacation. Yay!

  35. Ha, why am I not surprised…

But honestly not tempted even at these prices, I won’t use anything in these two boxes. Well, maybe the Acure, but I already have too many eye masks.

  36. Dang, I could have saved $6. Does anyone know if that shampoo is good for oily hair?

    • I only use it on my oily days. It really helps in those days for me.

      • Thanks!
