  1. Ooooohhhh I love this mask!! Too bad I have to actually buy presents for others this holiday season!

  2. I’ve never tried this product before. Is this the one that a lot of people don’t like because it just sits on the skin and never really sinks in? Well, at least they state it can be used on lips, so I think I’ll use it as a lip balm instead. 🙂

    • I have been using it for the last six months and I love it! My experience has not been at all what you describe, quite the contrary. As your skin warms up the mask, it becomes incredibly soft and creamy, and it feels like it’s sinking into every pore. Leaves a fabulous glow. (I have normal mature skin and get compliments on it, FWIW.)

      • Oooh, thanks for your reply! You’ve convinced me to at least give it a try for what its main purpose is. 🙂

    • I just started using it and I’m on the fence. It’s sticky, messy, and my hair gets stuck in it…but the smell is divine and I feel so hydrated after using it, for a little while. I just wish I could sleep in it but it never fully absorbs so that would be a nightmare. Personally I think I prefer the Fresh mask for the price, but I am not fully decided on that yet.

      • Good to know! I think I’ll give it a try as a mask, and start with a light hand. 🙂

    • No it never fully sinks in, but it’s not supposed to. Definitely not a mask you can sleep in. It’s very sticky and messy. It also smells divine and my skin is super plumped and glowing, for a little while. I haven’t been using it that long so maybe the long term benefits will convince me it’s worth the price over the Laniege or Fresh masks.

      • Are you referring to the Fresh’s Black Tea Firming Overnight Mask? I haven’t tried it yet, but I’ve heard it’s pretty awesome. 🙂

      • The Rose mask. I want to try the black tea one too but so far haven’t been lucky enough to get sampled yet. How funny 2 months ago I was posting asking what the big deal with masks is…now I can’t get enough! Thanks sub-addiction!

      • Haha… I hear ya! I felt the same way about sheet masks and cleansing oils before sub boxes. 🙂 I’ve heard the rose mask is really nice, but I haven’t tried that one yet. I’ve only tried their Vitamin C Nectar Glowing mask (I think that’s what it’s called). It was nice, but it was definitely like spreading marmalade all over your face. haha
