What are glow in the dark sunglasses? Do they have special lenses so you can wear them in the dark?

The glow-in-the dark sunglasses are pictured above on the skull. I got the mystery box last year and there was also a pair of glow-in-the-darks included. They are shaded but the rims are glow-in-the dark. They aren’t practical but I still enjoy them.

They gave me a 15% discount; though the shipping cost pretty much ate that up.
I wonder what an emergency costume kit is! A mask? I’d love Spock/elf ears, too!
