  1. I purchased the Fall box off of a co-worker, and then signed up for the Fall Welcome box. The items in both boxes are amazing and totally worth the cost. I even got the bonus S’well bottle with the welcome box, despite using the discount code, not the S’well code. I’d love to get the Winter Box, but the extensive shipping delays make me nervous. I’m moving in late December and fear they would wait too long to ship it and it would never actually reach me. I’ll have to sit this one out. Maybe I’ll splurge on a Third & Main box for some nice, new, home décor items.

    • Email them and ask if you can have one box sent to another address or if you can change the address once as soon as you know the new one. That or maybe they can hold your box until you move?

    • Your exact scenario happened to me. We moved and I was concerned about not getting the Fall box (my first one from them). Email them; they were very helpful. I was able to update my address with no issues.

  3. At this rate my Fall Box will be my Winter Box. It STILL hasn’t shipped.

  4. When will we receive anything? A spoiler? a Fall Welcome box? I checked a couple of times, and was told that my box should go out mid-October. Well, tomorrow is the last day of October. No notice that my box is on the way. I like the idea of the Causebox – no, I LOVE the idea of the Causebox, but the wait is frustrating. I feel like a pregnant farmer waiting for rain!

  6. I haven’t received my Fall box yet but it should be here any day now. With this sub, I like the products included and the philosophy behind the box, but you definitely have to be patient. Shipping is sort of like, “Eh, it’ll get there eventually.”

  7. Oh wow, it’s that time already! I hope I get my Regular Fall Box by then. I am annual… unfortunately. This is the second box with unbelievably long delays (months!) and crazy lack of communication. They have great boxes but purchase with caution or least very little expectation. Also, customer service is a strong hit or miss (I have had no reply, delayed and/or a generic off topic reply as well). I definitely would recommend FFF, Margot Elena, and Popsugar personally. Good luck!

    • You’re an annual subscriber that is not new and haven’t gotten the original fall box yet?? I got mine a long time ago. I was under the impression they shipped out the original fall boxes in waves and then were sending out the second fall (welcome) box in waves just recently…

      • LB… yep, still missing my fall box and had signed up as annual during summer. I finally got an update last week that it should ship out in the next couple of weeks. That they are now having issues with the grey polka dot tote that I had picked. I have seen a lot of them posted online as recieved… so I have a hard time believing that. They also had a delay with the kimono and ruined cheese boards too. They seem to suffer a lot of bad luck and it is passed on to the consumer. Sorry, I am just a lttle fed up.

      • I thought the same thing. And the fact that annual members are still waiting I’m kind of shocked 😳 I am seasonal and I already got my original fall box a while ago. Seems a little messed up

        • Yah, I signed up for the seasonal fall box and got it a while ago. I’m wearing the scarf from it today, even (which turned out to be my favorite item in the box.) Is it only the annuals that are being delayed?

      • So did I. Came quickly and loved it. I think this is a very good value box and love the fact that it does good in the world too. Glad I subscribed for a year.

    • I wonder if seasonal got their boxes on time because we had to take whatever we got, versus a specific pattern/item. Seems like most of us got the same thing. White bag, hair mask, gray scarf. Just a thought.

      • That would make sense – like if the polka dot bag had to be special ordered or something, so only annuals who picked that were delayed, or something like that. I got the camel colored bag (not white) in my Fall box but otherwise the same (hair mask, gray scarf.)

        • Jealous of your camel bag!! That’s the one I desperately wanted 🙂

      • I’m also seasonal and got my box a long time ago … gray scarf, white bag, and hair mask. I would have preferred another bag color but wanted the gray scarf and hair mask. So 2 out of 3 ain’t bad! I can’t believe annual members are still waiting, seems like I got mine a month ago.
