Took awhile but finally got to pick my option. I never got the email. So a few emails back and fourth I picked the FLAT IRON. Excited to see what else comes in Boxyluxe.

About the waitlist: I was accidentally removed from the Dec Luxe waitlist and wrote them saying I did not want to be removed. They fixed it immediately and told me everyone on the waitlist for Dec Boxy Luxe will receive the Dec box. So, if you’re still waitlisted as of now, you’ll get the box! I’ll copy the text in that email and reply to this comment with it verbatim.

I picked the suva palette… because their eyeshadows and blushes are amazing. I have received a few of their products on my former cult crushes boxes and they work really well and are blendable. My email choice went through so I guess that means I should be off the waitlist for boxyluxe…
Does anyone know what is coming in the regular boxycharm $21 for December.

I was happy to see that Boxy was moving towards customization. However, if you have no access to the internet during this small window on a workday you’re SOL. So, no value added for me but glad others were able to choose. FFF allows you to customize on a first come first serve basis until stock is depleted. In other words, at least you have a shot at getting what you want after 4EST.

Ugh I fell asleep on the cutoff to upgrade to Boxyluxe lol. I upgraded this morning… so does this mean I don’t get to customize my options? I got the email saying I am on the Waitlist though 🤦🏻‍♀️

I picked the flat iron this morning. I have a ton of eyeshadow palettes already that I’m not using. I have a travel iron already by Amika, but it never wants to rest in one position, so it always ends up moving and burning me one way or another. After reading some people’s comments I can see why they did not want the iron, but I think Boxy could have at the least picked a 2nd palette for those that get it that does not have similar colors to the Violet Voss palette we are already getting.

I also chose the Mini flat iron. I’m not sure if we are suppose to receive and email confirming the product we chose. Did you receive an email confirmation? I did not.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone purchased the two Summer’s Eve products to get a free Boxycharm? I was just wondering if you can still get it if you are a current subscriber and what box you’ll get.

I bought 2 boxes of wipes. SE is denying my BC claim, stating i didn’t purchase it withing the correct dates…but uh the promotion(required purchase dates) are still ongoing!!! And my purchase date is within the promotion rules so I emailed them again, waiting for reply now -_-…

Both myself and my daughter bought each bought 2 boxes of wipes. I got mine from Walmart online, she got her from Target online, both of us bought them on October 4th. They said I was disqualified because Walmart’s re epistles don’t have enough info & she never heard anything from them at all since first email confirming they got her submission. I think it’s ridiculous and a little shifty that they haven’t replied at all to the numerous emails and phone conversations I’ve had w customer service. Idc why they’re doing it, but it’s grossly unprofessional & unethical.

Is the purchase date visible on the receipt? I got denied the first time because I did a screenshot of an online order and sure enough the actual purchase date wasn’t listed anywhere. I got denied but resubmitted (with a copy of the receipt in my online account which thankfully did have the date listed) and just got approved yesterday.

I did. I’m not sure if it will be the regular November box but I think I remember someone saying it would be different. I also don’t remember the deadline but you could try searching for Summers Eve on MSA and it should come up. 🙂

I bought 2 boxes of wipes to get free Boxycharm. Someone wrote Boxy to ask them what will be sent and they said that it will be a random kit that they have not decided on yet. Which is a relief cause I had heard it was going to be May like in the ad picture and I did not want that.

I inadvertently selected by palette because I thought I could find out more information about it before selecting. I couldn’t find anything about it on the web.

Like everyone else, I have more palettes than I could use in a lifetime. But I have long thick hair so I can’t imagine what I would use a mini straightener for since I never straighten my hair anyway as it would take all day.

I’m going to be getting the new Dyson Airwrap Styler as soon as it comes back in stock. I’ve always used the kind of hair dryer that comes with a brush attachment but the new Dyson is like that on steroids and is supposed to be simply amazing.

Nordstrom rack has refurbished Dysons right now for $249 I believe. I bought one from Sephora a year or so ago. My daughter and I have long, wavy, thick hair and it’s been a lifesaver especially in the winter when she has to go to school and it’s to cold to let her hair air dry.

You can email boxycharm at [email protected] & explain what happened. I emailed them telling them that I missed the cut off on receiving an email for customizations but wished to get the mini flat iron if possible and they emailed me back telling me they put that as my option! Easy peasy. Hope that works for you and anyone else who is having issues.

I didn’t even remember that I had upgraded. I was really confused when I got the e-mail for this. :p

I picked the straightener, because omg if I get one more palette I can open my own makeup shop. With my luck I’ll end up with the lime green or mustard yellow color. Bleh.

Boxyluxe Dec is killing it, can’t wait!!! Picked the mini flat iron due to palette overload. I received the email for customization, but FYI I’m still on the waitlist (*supposedly said I WILL get BL if I stay subscribed, I signed up late Sept/early Oct).

Super easy… I picked a straightener around 9:05 central time.

I am curious about the item count too. It looks like we are getting 9 and so far we’ve had less mainstream brands (other than Luxie). I hope it’s comparable to the first one and that it wasn’t just a way to hook folks for the larger release with expensive brands on an initial smaller release. I am going to give it 2 quarters to see if I like it.

I received my email around 9:59 a.m., and I was able to make my selection at 10:11 with absolutely no problems! I picked the palette since I have curly hair, and I already own two very nice and expensive flat irons. It would take me forever to straighten my hair with a travel sized iron…lol I hope everyone is able to choose what they want!

I don’t ever care about the 9 vs. 10 items. I’d much rather have fewer quality items than have them fill the box with another cheap generic highlighter or lip gloss.

Did you get the crap box this month? After what they pulled this month I’m eyeing them. Repeat item, travel sized, and sent the wrong lippie color , yea this time I’m mad. I’ve never complained probably still wouldn’t of had I at least got the dang lippie color that was my spoiler , instead I get the poop brown instead of pretty pink mother. That’s 3 strikes in one box. Like I’ve said to people numerous times you might receive one or two items you don’t like, but this month …. Yea I’ll leave it at that

That’s not true, I didn’t get the September box. I actually signed back up to boxy to get the October box and upgraded when I saw the VV spoiler and I got the email this morning. Maybe you should double check that you’ve upgraded and if you are then email them about it : )

Dianne, did you sign up to upgrade your Boxycharm to BoxyLuxe? I did not get BoxyLuxe in September, but I asked to upgrade earlier this month. I was put on the waitlist and then later got an email that said I was off the waitlist.

I signed up for the upgrade day two in September and have never been taken off of the waitlist at least on the website. And have gotten no email, can’t get into the site either now. I have repeatedly contacted customer service and got in Vague answers

I picked the straightener. It was surprisingly easy! I could use a new straightener and I don’t think Boxy has shown to necessarily try to create equal boxes so I wanted to ensure I got one high end item that I want.
