  1. Have yet to receive my August box as well. I’m out in Oregon. This stinks. Not the first time they have been late, but this is the latest they have ever been. Really bummed out since this is the sub I look forward to the most.

  2. Still no August box! This box ships from Danbury Connecticut not Paris!

  3. I got mine today, 4 September.
    I did email the CS about August boxes and was told they had shipping delays.

  4. I received August yesterday. So they must just be behind. It had a the cleansing milk, leg moisturizer, facial buffing cream, black rose mask, and glow primer. Not a great box – 3 foils. Actually September looks better.

  5. No one received the August box because no one was home at Sisley. When Europeans go on vacation in the summer, it takes six weeks, and they never think to leave someone in the office to check their emails and voice mails. Then they complain that North American companies do better. Unreal.

    • Because in Europe business is secondary to well being. If you don’t like it don’t do business with companies that you know take extended vacations.

      • I agree. I wish more Americans would take this mindset and not put making money above all.

        • Then don’t offer a beauty subscription that is supposed to ship out every month. And I lived in Germany for two and a half years, so this is not necessarily an American vs European thing.

      • “If I don’t like it, don’t do business with companies that you know take extended vacations”. Are you being serious? How were any customers suppose to know that when it is not posted anywhere on their website and no e-mail was sent out explaining this? If they sent out an e-mail regarding this time delay, that would have been one thing, but this is just poor business and poor communication. There are also plenty of other European businesses that do not handle their summer vacations this way. I guarantee the regular paying customers who pay $200+ for an item do not have this delay as there is no way this company would stay in business. Also, it is not unrealistic to expect a company of this size, to retain one employee who can check and response to e-mails during this time period. Even the small mom and pops store on etsy state when they are on vacation on their website.

  6. I never received my august box. Customer service doesnt answer when i call or email many times. Ridiculous

  7. I haven’t received my August sub yet either, seems a bit abnormal, although this isn’t the first time I haven’t received mine on time.

  8. I also did not receive my August box, I prepaid for a year…. I sent an email, no answer…. I am going to call today, very frustrating.

  9. I have received half of my August boxes- 2 arrived yesterday (I have 4 subscriptions because I am addicted to their products).
    September looks really disappointing. I will be putting most of mine up on swaps.
    Thanks for the info. Good luck to subscribers in getting the August box. I did hear back from the company and apparently they were having a supply issue.

  10. I didn’t receive my August Sisley box and the customer service doesn’t pick up the phone nor return emails when I tried to contact them about the issue. Be aware!

    • I still haven’t received my August box yet either. 🙁 This is the first time I haven’t received their box on time since I started subbing (off & on) when they started doing subscriptions.

      • Luna, how much later do you end up receiving this box? Just curious what to expect, as no one from this company is responding. I understand delays, no problem, I’m just pretty irritated at the lack of communication and am wondering how long to give them to send out the box before I get my bank involved.

        • I received my other 2 August boxes today. If you haven’t received the August box it should be arriving in the next few days.

        • Now that I see people are starting to get their boxes, and Sisley acknowledged there were shipping delays, I’m willing to be patient, and give it a couple of weeks, then I’ll send them an email with a follow up email a week later. If still nothing by the end of the month, then I’ll file a chargeback. Of course this is the worst case scenario, but I have faith I’ll be getting my box soon. 🙂
