  1. Happy 3 month Anniversary from when I ordered this Mystery Box and still haven’t received anything except an email saying the box was in “Pre shipment”….. honestly…. ghosted by a sub box company… smh

    • Me too . I’ve sent them several emails and was patient with them since September . But a few days ago I asked for a refund and got no response yet .

  2. Totally agree Tonya! People have been super mean and catty in the comments lately and it makes me feel bad for all these businesses that seem to get so much hate despite anything they do. It seems like they can’t make anyone happy, I especially feel bad for the smaller guys because I know as a business owner that it’s incredibly tough not to mention these sub boxes that get trolled online for any mistake they make. Mistakes do happen, none of us are perfect and I wish some folks would cut a bit more slack… can’t we all just be happy about being able to get awesome boxes😃🌈💗

  3. The coasters that are shown in Option 2 were included in the Sept Box that I received today.

  4. Last time they did this they made us order & pay then didn’t deliver for 3 months. Then when the box finally came it was full of old Christmas items including a bath sugar scrub that leaked oil over everything in my box. It was not even near what was sent to Liz. The bait and switch executed perfectly. Glad she is showing options this time but I’m not falling for it.

    One of my items was a plastic spoon with chocolate and crushed peppermint pieces. I got My box in May. That item must have been at least 8 months old. A first grader could have made it.

    Hope any takers have better luck than we did.

  5. I agree with other comments, I am glad the owner has changed the “mystery box” format. Nice mixture of items they selected to include. I will not be ordering this one though, I overpaid for their last mystery box and got sent random beauty products and a motherhood book. It was shady how MSA received an awesome box filled with a variety of quality items. Meanwhile the actual mystery box buyers got items that were subpar. It taught me a lesson to think twice before ordering a mystery box from any company.

  7. I will never purchase from this company again. I ordered the last mystery box which was a disaster and when I complained the owner was very apologetic and told
    Me she would send another box out right away. I never received a new box and emailed several times with no response. Finally, weeks and weeks later I got an email from a new assistant offering me a coupon for another box. When I emailed back
    Saying that was not what was promised to me, I never heard back again. I am not a complainer usually but this company made me extremely upset especially since the mystery box was not cheap. Lost any future business from me!

  8. Easy pass, I’m not over how last time they made me lose more $$ just to return their items on their mistake. Apology accepted, but they lost me as a customer. Glad their being open with everyone else this time around!

  9. I choose option 3 I’m happy with all those items and two more are included that are a mystery so either way ill be happy .

      • Looks like the owner wrote a lengthy and apologetic response in the comments. It’s good that they learned from mistakes and tried to correct the situation as best as possible.

      • They did the same thing when they had the round towels. For the spoiler they showed a nice towel with fringe. It looked lovely. That nice towel was sent to MSA/blog/influencers, however, that’s now what they sent to the rest of us. We received a lesser quality towel with the same print and no fringe. I will never order from them again after that. No apology.

      • That’s really a shame. Do they think people wouldn’t notice?

      • I’ve been a subscriber forever and I got the towel with the fringe! And they totally sent an email about it that the manufacturer screwed up and sent a portion of them without the fringe mistakenly and were super apologetic. Man, sometimes the comments I read on this site sound so full of hate. Scary!

    • Yeah I bought last time and didn’t get NEARLY what the MSA reviewer got! They got many many items as shown in the review I got about half that.
