I didn’t receive the facial oil in my bag. But then I used the $25 gift card to order a toner, and in that order the facial oil came as one of the 3 samples 🙂

I ordered two and I was missing the Rosemary & Verbena Body Milk (6ml), but received an extra Fresh Lavender Exfoliating Body Gel and an extra Citrus Amaro Body Lotion in both bags. So I assume the lavender item replaced the rosemary and the citrus was the free sample with purchase. Who knows. Just happy they came and I at least had the correct amount of items.

Got my e-gift card today. I’ve been travelling and haven’t been home to see my bag yet though.

Wow synchronicity! I just got my e-gift card!

Mine was missing: •$25 SKIN&CO e-Gift Card •Truffle Therapy Facial Oil (3ml) •Rosemary & Verbena Body Milk (6ml). I did get three samples: a dupe of the Citrus Amaro Body Lotion foil, a dupe of the Fresh Lavender Body Gel foil, and a similar foil of Eye Concentrate. Adding to the confusion, the photo appears to show 16 samples (other than the bag and gift card) and there are 14 listed in the write-up. They seem to be showing the tubes for the Cream and Serum sitting next to their presumably empty boxes which may confuse some buyers about the number of items. My Citrus Amaro Body Lotion is also in different packaging than pictured. Not important but it just adds to confusion about what people actually received and whether those items were meant to be replacements or free samples. I wrote them today about the missing items. Anyone receive the missing gift card yet? Aside from all that – the scents are absolutely delicious. I’ve bought their items before and they smell better than most serums, for sure. Just delicious.

Did anyone receive the 3 free samples that was promised. Mine was also missing the facial oil sample. No gift card, either. I emailed them on Saturday and haven’t heard a word back not even a automated email saying that they got mine.

I just received my bag today and no gift card or email with mine either so I went ahead and emailed customer service. I can’t find the discovery bag on their website anymore either.

I just got my bag. It seems pretty good. I didn’t receive a gift card though. I just contacted their CS and I am hoping this was just an error, haven’t heard back yet. Regarding the samples, I can already tell I am going to love the toner, the other things smell very nice, subtle not too much perfume which I like. I am looking forward to trying it. Some of the samples are good sizes and the bag is of really good quality. Glad I found out about through MSA!

I got my order today. I was really happy with it, except I did not get the $25 gift card. I checked all my email accounts, too, and didn’t get it by email. I wrote the company to ask about it, but I was disappointed in that. I am excited to try the products.

Has anyone’s order actually shipped? I received two shipping notifications but nothing has moved.

I purchased two, one for me and one for my mom. Received 20% off and whatever samples they send. Spent $40 total.

will the the three free samples with purchase, be automatically included? I saw no option to add them to my basket.

Got this – the $25 gift card in addition to the samples made it hard not too! Used email sign up code and got a mini travel facial oil cleanser (I always regret not having a small cleanser when traveling so I figured it would be useful!) all for $26 – and will be able to get another product with the gift card. 🙂

For just under $33 I got this bag, 2 minis, the 3 free samples it comes with, and I will in the end be able to get $25 off my next purchase…. the way I look at that is I paid $8 for all this stuff (less than most of their minis) and hopefully I love something enough to get it with bonus fun of trying a lot of their products on the cheap.. I too am on overload but a deal is a deal right?!? 😂

I just realized we get a $25 gift card in this package. Ok, I’m glad I ordered now (I was having buyers remorse for a second!). I did end up adding a mini to get the free shipping and the 20% off code worked so all in was like $26! If any of these samples prove to be amazing, I’ll gladly use the $25 towards another item. Now if only I hadn’t bought $200 worth of add ons in my FFF box. Ugh! Product overload in my house! Wheeeeee!

I had to grab this one. I had the Truffle serum from maybe an Allure box and absolutely loved it. And the $25 gift card to sample all of these amazing products, yes, please. I’m definitely keeping Allure but I have to get rid of LiveGlam, I’m on brush overload!

I saw that some people were getting a coupon code and some weren’t. At first I did not get one. I went back several times throughout the day and finally it appeared. The shipping is free when you get to check out unless you want to pay for the 3-5 day shipping. I did the free shipping and got the $5 off.

I reached out to the company via FB Messenger and they have fixed the issue with getting the pop up to work to give you a discount code. I still didn’t get it usung Safari but it popped right up using Chrome. I’m so impressed with their customer service! Getting a response in less than an hour makes me even more excited to try their products.

Got one. I got the last one and fell in love with the products. Their toner is my holy grail now. I’m on product overload and cut out extra spending this month……but had to have it.😉

I had the same issue with applying the email to get the 5 buck code. But I went ahead and got it. There are a lot of things in the shop I can use the gift card for. So this is worth it to me. I am on product overload, but apparently I have a shopping problem : ) BTW you can pay though amazon if you have an account with them…

I clicked on the link to get to their site. There was a pop up screen which said ” sign up for your free account and news today”, and it asked for my first name and email address. After I’d done this, a $5 digital coupon popped up in the same screen and it said ” COPY THIS CODE TO USE TODAY”.

I didn’t think it would work on a special offer, but it did.

I just bought it lol. I had serious fomo from the last time they had something like this and I missed out so I got it and I’m so excited and can’t wait! Imma be in overload but it’s all good 😊 thx Liz ur awesome
