FYI – CosmoBox July + August 2018 Shipping Update

FYI - The July 2018 CosmoBox is delayed and will be consolidated with August:

Hello COSMOBox Subscribers,

We hope you are having a great Summer. Our apologies for the delay with delivery but we've been working on a special offering that will consolidate the boxes for July and August.  It will include a few extra valued items and ship out shortly.  No worries, you will NOT be charged again for a box this month as your payments were already processed in July. However, if you have recently cancelled then this will be your last box.
Also, we are adding a few new exciting offerings to our subscription box program and will provide more details in the coming weeks. In the meantime, keep an eye out for a separate email with tracking information once the box is en route.

I just signed up again. It’s very easy to cancel on their website so I’m not sure why folks aren’t seeing that. Anyways, I’ll be happy getting the May box again and if I get the July/August combo, that’d be good too.

So… This is what the “What’s in the box” said on the Cosmo box site: Unfortunately, the June Box is now sold out! If you order today we can still provide the May Box featuring the award winning beauty products below. Stay tuned for our July Box shipping later this month as it will be filled with useful products and brands for the Summer!
I’m so tempted to order another one of this cuz I really love the CEO serum!
To be honest, I never figured out how to cancel this subscription online! I had to email them multiple times to cancel……

If you sign up now and get may box they will not let you cancel and still charge you until the current month. Says on their website

hahahaha. this reminds me of what I would do if I had to run a sub box aka it would be a giant catastrophe and I’d just say “oh eff it, let’s just skip this month and do better next month.” And everyone would think I was bad at my job.

What is the date cutoff to subscribe and receive the consolidated July/August box??

How can they possibly be adding new offerings to their subscription if they can’t get a basic model down? If they’re moving to bi-monthly that’s one thing, but they haven’t even been making boxes for a full year (and no one has any clue what their concept is!).

I’m wondering if you have to be a current subscriber to get this 2-month box?
According to their website, if you sign up today, you’ll still get that amazing May box? So confusing. I’m going to email and ask. If true MIGHT risk signing back up to get another May box.

Shipping delay and combining boxes….
That seems odd for a fairly new subscription service. Giving everyone a 2-for-1. But I am very curious about the contents now that it is so delayed.
