I am so happy with the next few months spoilers!! Also, idk if this is possible but I have informed delivery and I have a package coming from Allure already for Aug!!!! Is it possible they shipped out Aug already to me? It shipped on the 3rd and I paid for the month on the 3rd when I called in and got the discounted deal for the next 4 months only $10. Thats the only thing I have coming from Glendale Heights, IL. Hmmmmmm?

Did you recieve the July box already? I was charged for the July box but have still not received it or tracking information. I reached out to Allure and they were no help the first time I contacted them, and then did not respond to my most recent email. I got a tracking notice August 3rd. I’m hoping it’s the July box. :/

Jill M

Yes I got my July box on or around the 22nd I wanna say. Please don’t quote me on that. I always have trouble with the email so calling them is usually a better option for me.

Mimi

Yes i have. While i did get the july box on time, it was a weird experience. No email from Allure or nothing, just a notification from usps that a package is coming from glendale il which other commenters informed me is where the box comes from.

Mimi

I also got a tracking. If it’s similar to last month, i should get the package in a week?

Mallory

Please please please let me get Ruby Woo!!!! I’ve been wanting to try that color for so long!

Reply ButtonReply

Laura

I was hoping to get the Drunk Elephant Baby Facial on a full size, now I’m not sure because the lipstick is full size.

Jessicups

Please don’t send me pink lipstick!! I was excited for the red.

Jennifer

Does anyone else still have a bauble bar coupon I can use ?

THANK YOU!!

Barb

Dam I am trying to pinch my pennies was going to cut all my subs buy I just can’t let this one go

MeowKitty

Allure is the best! They’ve been killing it all year!! Definitely staying subbed. I should just do the year sub.

TheOtherJulia

March was my first box, and I completely agree with you. I have been really happy with most everything except for a few things here and there. For $15 you just can’t beat it. It’s just a great sub all the way around.

Michelle

I was so excited for either until I realized MAC was not cruelty free. 😒.

Reply ButtonReply

Maren

It’s actually really interesting. They sell their products in China and although the company does not test on animals in any other market, per Chinese law in order to sell there the products must be tested on animals. Because of this, they cannot say they are cruelty free. Not sure if that matters to you but that’s the deal.

Reply ButtonReply

Jamie

That’s exactly correct.

What bothers me the most I think is the way MAC skirts the issue. Their parent company, after they bought them out, forced the sale of Mac in China (in order to expand profits) which forced the animal testing. Now, while MAC doesn’t test in animals, any beauty product sold in mainland China must be animal tested by law before sales can be made. It’s a simple problem to avoid. Either don’t sell in mainland China at all or, if they must, then simply ship into China which negates the issue. Only things sold on shelves in China are subject to testing, so it’s not like they’re being forced to do this. The thing is MAC takes zero personal responsibility for any of this. They still claim to be c.f. and deny they have any control over the situation which is completely untrue. If they would just admit what’s happening and be honest abt it I wouldn’t be quite so upset with them. It’s the shady business practices that irritate me. I don’t agree with animal testing either and agree it’s not needed, especially when plenty of humans are willing to play that part.

Michelle

Thank you for that information. I appreciate it but I think I will just list the Lipstick on the swap page.

Megan

Didn’t we already receive the drunk elephant sukari babyfacial?

Reply ButtonReply

Julie

I wanna say that was a Play box from a couple month’s ago. I didn’t get that variation, but it sounds familiar.

Reply ButtonReply

Luna

You’re correct. I recently purchased a few of the past play box which had the babyfacial in it.

Janelle

I’m happy about that! I already have a tube of Ruby Woo and it’s awesome, but I won’t be mad if that’s what I get because it’s swapable. Been really liking this box, it’s one of my fav beauty boxes.

Dana

Yay for a full size MAC lipstick. I just wouldn’t wear either shade. If only the red were deeper…

Reply ButtonReply

Christine

I will wait until September to subscribe!!

Reply ButtonReply

Dawn

I’m looking forward to the Drunk Elephant. The lashes will end up in my daughter’s Christmas stocking/makeup bag. Not sure about the hair product. I could honestly care less about stick lipstick. Nobody I know will wear it much less either shade. Sticking it out with Allure for a few reasons despite their many flubs and flaws. Even if I’m not thrilled with a month, my Loves are and then the next month is pretty good for me. All in all, the value is always there. I love using subs to build my daughter’s Christmas beauty bag.

Mimi

I subbed through Amazon even though i didn’t want the August box just to test the waters. Hopefully it’s smooth sailing from september onwards. Them spoilers be looking good.

tammy g.

pink mac please…..I hate red, doesn’t look good on older people..

Reply ButtonReply

LA

I hope i get the pink!

Nicole

Does anyone want my $20 baublebar promo code from July? I won’t be using it.

Reply ButtonReply

Barb

Mine is up for grabs as well. Just send your email. Thanks.

Reply ButtonReply

Jen

If you still have the Baublebar code….. jenniferwolters82 @ gmail Thank you so much!

Amanda

I would love it! Used mine already, but I also saw a pair of earrings I want to get my mom for her bday.
If still available please email
aaciraldo at gmail.

Reply ButtonReply

Nicole

It’s yours! I’ll send it. 😁

Adele

I would sign up if I knew I would get the Ruby Woo, but knowing my luck I would get the pink which does not look good on me.

Reply ButtonReply

Patti

*sending psychic vibes to Allure to send me Ruby Woo and not bubblegum pink*

Reply ButtonReply

Nicole

Yea!!!! It’s not nude! Lol. I really like the red but I would wear the pink as well. Way to go Allure! These are some very pretty colors that aren’t boring. 😁

MAC is NOT a cruelty-free brand. MAC Cosmetics is owned by Estee Lauder, whose animal testing policy is not to test on animals unless required by law. Because MAC is sold in China, where animal testing is required, MAC isn’t a cruelty-free company.

Reply ButtonReply

JuJu

This is not a criterion for everyone when choosing cosmetics.

Reply ButtonReply

Jackie

You’re definitely not wrong, and I try to avoid anything that’s not CF – but Allure doesn’t make any promises about only including CF items and there are plenty of other items and brands that they include that aren’t CF. So sad it’s not a standard world-wide.

Reply ButtonReply

Maria

Which is why my mechanic’s wife will be getting. She loves makeup and I usually give her my non CF and stuff I have too much of. She also looks good in everything.

Reply ButtonReply

Adina

I’m thinking of resubbing for September. Should I go through Allure directly, or is Amazon the same experience?

Reply ButtonReply

Claire

I don’t need any more shampoos and conditioners, but beggars can’t be choosers. Plus I emailed to cancel and was offered the four for ten dollar deal. Not bad really.

Reply ButtonReply

MissJ

Four boxes for $10? Might have to email them to cancel, lol.

Reply ButtonReply

Dana

No, they offer your next 4 boxes for $10 each. It’s still a good deal.

LInda

MAC is not a cruelty-free brand, which is a deal breaker. I think I might re-subscribe in October, though, as those spoilers and November’s spoilers look great. 🙂
