  1. Can some one tell me exactly how to redeem charms. When I try it tells me to put in my Credit card.

    • Me too!

      • Make sure you are logged into your account, then go to account preferences and click on choose my reward before putting the item in your cart.

        • Yes, I did all of that. I don’t want to click on “pay now” and have it charge my card that’s on file.

          • On the corner where the cart pops up scroll to the. Bottom and below “continue” button there is Pay with charms ..
I had the same Problem until someone told me

  2. I just got my Mini Coastal Scents blush and Bronzer it was a lot bigger than what I expected and the pigment is Excellent ,with a nice small brush I love it
It came in great packing bubble wrap and unbroken so a major plus.
I am so happy that I got this from Boxy Charm

  3. You no longer get 250 charms every month for remaining active just a heads up!

    • And the best part is when I asked them a few months ago, they acted like this is a positive change. They were like “now get 100 points per review and 250 if you refer a friend!” So basically you max out at 500 instead of 750. That’s good…how?

      • Really because I just did some reviews and only got 50 points per review.

        • Maybe my math is off? Still less then before.

          • I don’t think your math is off. They did used to give 100 charms for reviews. When I logged in to leave feedback for the July box products, each review was only worth 50 charms. So they quit doing the 250 for renewing each month, and they lowered the value of reviews. And it appears we still don’t have product spoilers for August.

        • I only got 50 points for mine too. That’s odd because last month I did get 100. It almost seems like it was a buffer so that no one complained about not having the 250 for remaining active anymore. A little disappointed that it reverted back to the 50 per review with no notice of it.

          • I e-mailed them to ask them to return to the old charms system. Maybe if enough people complain, they’ll restore the old system. So everyone should speak up.

      • Actually I only got 50 per review this month.

        • They had actually mentioned they raised the points temporarily after updating their website design. They were wanting people to go and review so they could get points and purchase off the charm shop.

  4. Liz, this is what you get when you try to follow your CHARMS link: WHOOPS, OUR BAD…
The page you requested was not found, and we have a fine guess why.

These items are pretty much the same they’ve had for awhile. I don’t really see anything new except for one Dr Brandt item

    • There were a couple other new items but it looks like they sold out already. It looks like the shop updates every Friday at 3PM (EST). I got an email this week letting me know that there would be an update this Fri at 3 with the Dr. Brandt, PUR eyelashes, & the Cover FX Iluminating Setting Spray. It said there would be other fan favorites but it looks like it’s just the hair mask.
