Does anyone know if both towel choices are still available? I read somewhere that the lighter pink one is sold out. Thanks!

Your correct. The lighter pink one is sold out. You won’t have a choice to choose anymore. I preferred the darker one anyway so lucked out.

I am still waiting for them to fix my problem. The top came defective…ie the threads were of low quality and were black here and there. Therefore, they looked like dirty smudges when you have it on. Its unwearable. I sent them an email with pics and they’ve responded 3x that they are working on it…and still nothing. So buyer beware. ….The only thing I love is the towel.

Just checked my emails: I placed my order on 6/6 at 1pm and the box was shipped on 6/11. Delivered on 6/19.

I purchased the summer box on June 22. It’s yet to ship. So I would say not very quickly lol disappointed to say the least.

Update. My box shipped on July 6th. On July 9th I received an email from ezclear to pay import charges (I’m Canadian) it’s the 11th today and hoping it will show up any day now.

LOL, most likely never. After relentlessly following up, I finally got a refund in June for a spring box they claimed they sent by three different shipping methods. They also told me that they would send the box anyway for all my trouble and three weeks later I’m still waiting on tracking, but I’m pretty sure it’s never coming.

I placed the order on 6/19, got the shipping confirmation on 6/22, and got the box on 6/30.

I got mine on gilt and got the free sunglasses which I really like but that cover up was so wrinkled and a giant mumu and the bag is very cheaply made but looks nice in photos. The towel and earrings were a surprise bc they were nicely made and stylish. I was most interested in the cover up and moisturizer so I’m happy with the box overall but perplexed at how all of these tiny women made this coverup look so wearable!

Their customer service is so terrible, I wouldn’t buy this if it was $20. Worst subscription customer service ever. I’ll never give them my money again.
Look at their Facebook page. It’s full of unhappy customers.

I was also a subscriber for over a year until after the winter box. It was a nightmare dealing w their customer service. Worst subscription box experience I’ve ever had!

You’re in the minority. I subscribed with them from day one with an annual sub. Last winter I ordered a couple hundred dollars worth of add one as well. They simply never sent my box or returned a single email inquiry. I received it finally in February. Months after I’d filed a claim with Chase. They only sent my box with my add one when Chase contacted them and demanded that Chase recharge me. Even the customer service at Chase recorded them as being vicious and money hungry. Chase actually told me that. BOS didn’t care about me as a person, they cared about the money.

i bought it for 70, and it’s totally worth it. The beach bag is huge and nicely made, the towel is a good size and fairly heavy, the kate somerville alone is $65, and the tunic top is beautiful.
