I think Clarins has nice products at a good price for French cosmetics ( similarly priced to Lancome’).
However, the dept. stores which carry the brand ALWAYS have a premium gift with purchase or a purchase with purchase available… ( again, like Lancome’).

For this to be a viable subscription, if it’s not just a one time event by mail order, then they need to increase the sizes of the products from the freebies given out at the malls, and also focus on their new products.
This is a nice little box but it has neither of those things, as far as I can see. Might as well go to a local mall for two months or so and have a cheap stash about 3 times this size.

If they plan to make this a recurring subscription, yes, I’d like to see it reviewed to see if the value is there over the huge amount of promo items they give away or almost give away with a small purchase.

This is a one-time purchase box. They’ve come out with a few of them since last year. I did purchase the first box they came out with, and while the products were nice, it did feel like I was just purchasing a gwp.

Hi, Luna. The sizes listed are definitely GWP sizes, IMO. 🙂
That kind of takes the joy out of it for me, but for those who don’t ever buy the brand or peruse the luxury cosmetic brands at the malls, I guess it might be fun.

Maybe more fun than a Wal- Mart box, which to me, is what the graphics look like. ( I know the contents don’t compare and so forth) :).
