LOL, I buy a litter off Amazon that is the best I’ve ever tried, and it’s $17 for 40lb. Why does this sub even exist?

It’s actually excellent litter. It’s very unlike clay/corn, which is why it sounds ridiculous to pay so much for a light weight. It’s extremely lightweight and it doesn’t clump. The reason it doesn’t clump is because the litter is designed to absorb urine. In other words, when I sift, i sift only feces. It doesn’t NEED to clump. The rest is dry and clean. You don’t have that excess clump that gets taken away as waste like you do with clay or corn., so you don’t waste a large amount of litter when you clean the box. I don’t sift out a pound or more of litter when I clean boxes now.

I use two bags per litterbox (huge litterboxes) and it lasts at least a month. You can stretch it even longer if you use litter fresheners, like Arm & Hammer.

My previous favorite was World’s Best and we also used Dr. Elsey, among other types of clay. Our cats seem to love the new litter. Bonus is that you can get an idea of their urinary health based on the color. I tried this out a few months ago and we like it so much, we buy in bulk every two months.

Haha, 4 lbs per month for one cat? I do not think that is formulated for cats on prednisolone.
