  1. I actually really enjoyed the summer box. However, it was my first time subscribing to a PS box. When I finally bit the bullet and signed up I thought I was doing so for their monthly and I missed the mark by a very short window.
    I use my robe every day, and am a mega fan of Sunday Riley and I honestly used every single thing in the box. I gifted the earrings, but everything was useful to me. Maybe I’m just not as picky as the rest since this was my first shipment, but I’m holding on a little longer. Bring on the Fall box!

  2. I’m dying to see some spoilers too! I actually really liked the summer box. The robe and Sunday Riley made it worth it for me, and I am really wanting to see if there is a big ticket item I like in the fall box before I’m billed for it. I may cancel if we don’t get a spoiler soon because I’m sure the box will be available to purchase a little later. Hopefully we get to see something- at least a theme- soon!

  6. There are no spoilers because they can NOT compete with FABFITFUN! Which is why most of us cancelled after that fail of a Summer Box for $75 :/

    • I get both FFF and PS. FFF’s summer box wasn’t that great either.

    • I actually loved the PSMH summer box. I use the robe everyday.

  7. I wonder why we haven’t seen spoilers for the Fall Box? Shouldn’t it ship in August? That’s really not too far off.

    • If I had to guess, the reason for no spoiler is that this discount will get you the summer box………. “tiny little disclosure” on their site that says “should an earlier box become available, you are automatically signed up for it”………. otherwise, why not show a spoiler with coupon if you truly are trying to sell fall…………… Oh, the games people play 🙁

      • That would be my guess, too… that this is their sneaky way of getting rid of more Summer boxes.

Another example of not valuing current subscribers who have never paused or cancelled their subscriptions over people who may subscribe once at discount and cancel (which hey I do to for other subs). I understand discounts after a box has been out if it’s not selling well and they have overstock. But I am severely disappointed by this practice for loyal customers who followed them on the new quarterly journey and don’t get even a small offer for things like this as a subscription loyalty bonus. I emailed them the same info, and will cancel if it’s not honored. There is no reason for me to stay with them if my loyalty doesn’t grant me some type of discount reward from time to time.

    • Cat, would you mind updating us after they reply? I’m curious if they will honor this deal for current subscribers. I have also been a consistent subscriber for many years (never cancelled) and agree that the loyal subscribers always seem to get punished for their loyalty. (And yes, totally agree that it makes sense to discount their extra boxes only after all subscribers have received their boxes.) Thought they learned this lesson years ago but apparently not.

  9. can I get a refund of my leftover $40 box credit? I hated the summer box, glad I didn’t jump on it. I wouldn’t even want it for $35 much less $75

    Btw, I think their black Friday deal was so misleading . They knew they were switching from monthly to quarterly and yet still offered a monthly black Friday deal forcing a lot of us to pay and extra $35 for an awful summer box.

  10. This reminded me to cancel! TERRIBLE customer service! I tried to chose my robe size and was having trouble, no one from CS actually helped, only sent auto replies. They ended up sending the wrong size, and insisted that I make due…. when I showed them the thread and case number to prove I’d tried to chose in time etc. they finally agreed to assist BUT at MY expense! I had to pay to ship it back ($9.50) and then they sent out a small one for me. At this price point I will not risk it again. I was a customer of theirs for at least 7 years and to be treated this way was infuriating.

    • Wow! That is so wrong on their part to do that to a customer and it was their mistake to begin with! And being a customer for that long you would think they would have more respect! I’m sorry that hapoend to you. Customer service is an important thing for me with these subs and I find this so awful. Shame on them.

  12. I am super disappointed that I paid for an annual subscription and was very disappointed by the summer box. For a premier of their new quarterly box, all I can say is I sure hope Pop Sugar IMPROVES their game and does a better job of curating the fall box. Like I said, when I finally received my robe, I was again disappointed. It looks so cheaply made and looks like it came from a discount store. I had received FULL SIZED Sunday Riley from TWO other less expensive subscription boxes, so more disappoint from Popsugar!

  13. Reminds me I need to cancel. I’ve used the Sunday Riley, robe, and box. Overall the box was too “meh” to reinvest in.

    Not unless they go they offer the Summer 2015 resort limited edition. 😂 I am still using my Baggu and loved it so much I’ve collected 2 more over the years.

  15. I used to love the old monthly boxes and occasional LE box. The boxes after the change have not inspired me to subscribe. Such a disappointment. Had high hopes, too.

    • There’s only been one box since the change.

  16. I was super disappointed in the summer box, too. I expected a lot more when they switched to a quarterly system. I think I’ve been more impressed with a cheaper monthly box from them.

  17. I love fall but will need spoilers to re-order, I just remembered to go and cancel. I liked the box, but for the price I am only getting use out of half the box.

  18. Originally, I was super bummed that I had to cancel the Summer box prior to billing due to lack of funds. After seeing the review, I was so relieved to have not wasted the money. That box was definitely not my kind of box. I miss the monthly boxes, they were perfect for me. Never really cared for the Limited Edition boxes, not really my style.

    But definitely NO WAY ever, would I sub to this box without at least a few spoilers that I actually like. It’s so much different than what I thought it would be. But, I do hope everybody else is happy with the box. 🙂

  20. Even if they offer 50% discount, I’d not resubscribe. The new summer box was really disappointing. I wish they would’ve stuck with the monthly box. 😒

    • I agree 100% at first I thought wow $75 these are going to be awesome boxes with better value and items. Nope they upped the price and the boxes are so disappointing I wouldn’t even pay $50 they should go back to the monthly for $39.99 because that’s all it’s worth in my opinion.

  21. They need to drop the price to $50. That is the only way I would resub. FFF, causebox, Margot Elena are much better boxes and if they want to compete than they need to change the price.

    • Same thoughts here. I get all three of those and love them! PS just priced themselves out of the market, I think. I got the summer box (hoping for more) and I’ve used pretty much everything, but it just wasn’t that impressive for the price.

  23. I’m not risking them sending me a summer box since their website says if available they’ll send you an earlier box. Summer box was really disappointing.

    • Don’t do it. I ordered thinking I was getting the Fall box and they sent me a Summer box. I wrote them and they ignored all my emails. They are rude. I will NEVER buy another box from them again!

      • YES! I don’t understand how they think it’s ok to be this rude and still keep customers!

  24. I’m gonna need to see spoilers first. I canceled after the summer box disappointment….really hoping Popsugar listened to all the feedback and that the fall box returns the box back to the “must have” status it used to be. 🤞

  25. I wouldn’t have paid $60 for the summer box and I don’t need ponchos, wraps, hats and such so I’m not going to purchase without spoilers. I’m okay missing it if it sells out.

    • Agreed. I’m hoping their $75 box continues to fail miserably. That way they can quit being lazy and go back to the old monthly formula that worked.

      • They’ll never go back to monthly. If quarterly fails, they’ll get out of the sub box business altogether.

        • Maybe it would be best to go back to their LE boxes instead of a quarterly ~ still, 4 or so, but much more special 😎👍🏻

    • Summer was a first box and meh the robe was too large and after arguing with customers service gave up I did wear the earrings I did use the Sunday Riley I place the jar in my guest bath 🛀 everything else has collected dust in a basket

      I could have used my tried and true Image vitamin c went back to after SR was gone robe Barefoot Dreams Nordstrom Rack must preferred! Earrings were free with a tee and jeans 👖 again meh no wow factor

  27. Will it be the fall box for sure if we order using this coupon? Or will they send out a leftover summer box ?

    • I’d suggest emailing them for one the code isn’t working right now, then you can say you want to clarify that they’re out if Summer boxes because you definitely don’t want it.
