I just signed up for this and for their brush box too (MorpheMe) and I haven’t had any billing issues.. I was nervous about it at first since I signed up for the MorpheMe box first, which has a wait list, however I like that I can always log in and see what number I am on the list, they send an email also, and the faq says that they normally get most people off the wait list on the 27th, so I’m hoping to make it this month! I wasn’t billed for the MorpheMe sub yet since I’m on the wait list – you sign up and when you get off the wait list is when your actually billed, so I liked that too in case I changed my mind if it’s a long wait (I don’t think it will be though).
I then saw this KissMe box and signed up for it too! And another plus is that I really like the rewards program they have too, (like most all subs, but I love being able to earn some extra freebies!) so don’t forget to use the coupon code for your free lippie (and/or brush – there’s a code on here from msa for both, just check the reviews for MorpheMe, and above for KissMe) when you join (if you choose to) and then you can earn your own!
And they also have a shadow box coming soon (according to the website) that I’m excited about!
I’m new to this sub but I have not had any issues with it myself as a new subscriber.

Make sure you keep the eye on your credit card statement because if there is an issue they wait a month to notify you via mailed letter. Also when I tried to cancel my subscription they still tried to charge me and kept requesting I update my card but I had canceled my card since it had been hacked and used the day after I got my paper letter and had also opted to skip the current box and then cancelled. Because of these issues I wont resub.

I want to subscribe to this but would like to know if there are still overcharges and lack of site security now. Also, what is the current level of CS responsiveness in general? I read the comments in the link Liz has posted and see that it was more than just a security breach.
Does anyone still subscribe and is it going smoothly now? Thanks!

Hi Mandy,
I just had a smooth 3 months run. They were very efficient and welcoming. Every month I received my lippies on time. I experienced excellent customer service as well when I had a question. I only put my sub on hold because I have so many lippies now.
No problems with billing either.
