Here’s what bothers me about Boxycharm. They use FedEx Ground. It consistently takes 10 days for my box to go from Georgia to New Jersey. And to add to my complete mystification, FedEx delivers it to my local post office who then delivers it to me two days later. The irony of all that is I have family in Georgia and when I send them something it takes two measly days. Why in the world do they use FedEx?

I agree about FedEx! I live in Michigan have the FedEx app…I’ve noticed twice now in just the past month or so (and they were from different places/companies) that my package made it to one of the facilities in Michigan THEN sent to another facility in Ohio only THEN to be sent back up to Michigan thus adding an additional day to the delivery date! Just seems like an unnecessary step in my opinion but who knows lol

I agree with you, also!! I live in GA and yet it STILL takes my boxes a week to arrive with fed ex ground. I LOATHE fedex ground and wish they would use a different carrier.

I totally agree. I was trying to look at my tracking number but it never traveled anywhere! I finally got it a week later. I live in GA. I ordered clothes from Bombay, India and they were in my hand 2 days (48 hours) later. What’s wrong with this scenario?

I am with you here! I hate Fed Ex! How can other boxes ship directly with USPS or UPS and I get my product 3x faster! Also, what annoys me about Boxycharm is that they will create a label and send you the info but the box doesn’t move for a week. I got my “shipping notification” last week. However, it still only indicates that the label was created and Fed Ex was notified. Why even bother sending that to me if you aren’t going to ship it out at the same time??

LOL I hadn’t gotten that elusive email until I sent them a note asking about it. They hit up my bank on the 1st of the month and ten days later I ask where oh where can my little box be. They email and send this 2 page essay to say it was sent and I should look in spam. Oh and here is your tracking number. Why in the world would it go to spam when I get every other email from them? So full of excuses. It was magically created when they got my email… I know that. If I didn’t love their products and value so much, the shipping shenigans would be a deal breaker. Pfft.
