Boxycharm has added new items to the Charm shop!

If you aren't familiar, Charms are Boxycharm's reward point system for active subscribers:

You can earn Charms by reviewing products on our website that you have received (50 Charms each review), referring friends using your referral code (500 Charms each referral), and by remaining an active subscriber (250 Charms every month).

None of these new products are showing up for me. I have like 40 dollars in charms and would love the tarte palette but the only things showing up are the old ones. Help

Why allow us to review items to receive charms when there’s nothing (good) to redeem them on? I’m up to 6000 charms now, which would be great if I could actually spend them. 🤨😤😠

Just as an FYI for those wondering why you didn’t get points this month for your monthly box purchase (usually 200-250)…

Thank you for following up with us! We understand the importance of being able to redeem your Charms. Please note that redeeming Charms upon signing up or resubscribing is no longer applicable. However, we are thrilled to announce our new and improved Charms Policy!

For some time now, we have received requests for ways to make our Charm Rewards Program more interactive and lucrative. Well, Charmers, when you ask, we listen!

Starting on May 4th, 2018, you will be able to earn 750 Charm for every friend you refer and double the Charms for every product review! For each review you leave, you will be able to earn 100 Charms.*

I don’t ever try to do this because it is such a flawed system. There is hardly any product so it is gone before I can get in there always, doesn’t matter what I try for and then it charges your card without saying you can’t get it with points. At least Ipsy doesn’t bait and switch like that. If you don’t have enough it is clear and if it is gone that is clear too.

I love Boxy but they seriously need to revamp this.

I’m having trouble redeeming my charms. I do not see the option to add to the basket, send me to your page to buy it there. I’ve seen I’m not the only one but I don’t know what I can do.

Question for Liz: Did the Boxycharm texts stop going out or is it my phone that’s not receiving them?

I literally sat there at 3:00 p.m. and refreshed until the Sol De Janeiro item came up, I was excited to see it’s a body mist! I bought it super quick with my charms! I was so excited since this was my first purchase ever in the charms shop. =)

I’m confused about how I’m supposed to redeem my charms. I thought I was redeeming charms for a tarte lippaint but nothing explicitly mentions using charms for it and now I think it charged the credit card I have on file. Did I do something wrong?

That’s because everything is gone. If you go in to get the Tarte XOXO lippie, it will say “add to cart” whereas if you try to click on to one of the wearable colors such as Delish, it will say “Buy from brand”. Everything was gone FAST! I will just continue to save… Was hoping to get a wearable lip color for summer 🙁

The color I chose was XOXO a red color and it was in stock at the time. It allowed me to add it to cart but instead of using charms, it ran on my credit card. I’m so confused. I’ve never redeeed charms before because everything is always sold out so fast. Is there something specific that says to redeem charms that I missed?
