I recently resubbed to birchbox, but I can’t remember. My first box back, do I automatically get the featured box (fingers crossed) because I want every one of those items! It looks perfect for me and might even keep me subbed for a few more months.

Not entirely sure why the BB rep claimed there were only 1-2 wipes. Because, on Mon Birchbox went live on Instagram about box selection. And in the video the girls said there were 10 wipes in the package. They pulled some wipes out and showed an up-close shot of the packaging and you can see 10 printed on the package. Anyways, Birchbox does monthly live videos on Instagram and you can ask questions about the products. The videos usually take place 4pm Eastern the Fri before sample choice and sometimes like this last video air on ACE selection day.
The July video is no longer available on Instagram. But, you can now watch it on their YouTube channel.

I asked a customer rep as well and was told the same thing – 10 wipes. I thought so because the Vasanti pictured on the Birchbox choice section has 10 wipes written on the package. Posted that days ago on here and it didn’t post for whatever reason!

I chatted with Birchbox this morning, they said the Vasanti would contain “1-2 wipe”
Whomp Whomp.
I don’t want the cheek tint and really don’t need more hair balm. I’m going to leave it to chance.

Anyways, the video went live on Monday and in the video they said there were 10 wipes in the Vasanti. And they did an up-close shot and you can see the number 10 on the packaging and they pulled some of the wipes out.
While the video is no longer available to watch on Birchbox’s Instagram its now available on their YouTube channel.

Anyways, Birchbox airs monthly sample choice videos on Instagram. They usually go live the Fri before sample choice between 4pm-4:30 Eastern. Sometimes, like this last video they show it on ACE’s selection day. During the videos you can ask questions about the products and they will answer those questions while they’re live. If you miss the video they stay up on Instagram for 24hrs.

Went with the cheek tint because I have a ton of hair creme and makeup remover, plus I’ve already tried most of the stuff in the curated box.

In case anyone else is interest, I ran the sample options through EWG’s SkinDeep Database. The cheek tint scored a 2. The smoothing balm scored a 4. The makeup wipes scored a 2 as well.
