I’ve been wanting to swap out boxy charm for a vegan sub and I think this is going to be the one! I’ll probably wait until there isn’t a silicone blender though 😂

So Susan if you’re watching, please stop with the childish writing. You put wonderful sayings on there, but they look so childish. Try a sleek bold print on the bottom left corner or something.

Hi Liz. FYI, the cost of Color Curate has gone up on cratejoy, which is where your link goes, from 20.95 to 30.95.

However, it appears that if you subscribe directly through So Susan, you can still get it for 20.95.

Another jelly puff?! 7 months worth of bags I’ve subbed to and I get a dang jelly puff in 3 of those bags. Glad the other items seem great but gracious I don’t need another chicken cutlet.

Does anyone have a hack for getting the plastic-y smell out of their bags? I like this one a lot, colors and saying, but man the smell gets me.

I might need to swap for that Jelly Puff just for the saying. I can live without the Jelly Puff, but do I want to, that’s a whole ‘nother story! When I don’t have such a tight budget anymore, this is one of the first boxes I’ll resubscribe to.

Kimberly, I hang it outside on a clothes line for a few days and let it air out. I agree the smell is awful…it’s basically off-gassing chemicals. Yuck.

I would try rubbing it down with a dryer sheet. Leave one zipped up inside it for a few days and see if that helps.

It’s the cheap plastic off-gassing. You’d have to air it out with baking soda for a good while, but look up VOC’s – I wouldn’t expose my make up to that.

Baking soda? Carpet freshner? I would think an absorbent powder should get rid of it or at least lessen it.

Are they unwashable?? Like would the bag or print be ruined?
This will be my first time subscribing so idk if they’re able to survive in the wash.

I did it to one of my other makeup bags similar texture & it survived.
