  1. If anyone is still reading this, I still have not received this box.

    • No tracking, no updates and have not received mine either.

    • I have not received mine either nor any communication from an email I sent to 5th Ave. on 10/3. I did hear back from them in early September when I asked about the status. They replied that “We are still working on your Mystery Box”. Sadly, I am at the point now where I think it is time to dispute the charge with my credit card. I placed my order and was charged on May 17th., almost 5 months ago!

      • I requested a charge back from my credit card company yesterday. Yesterday afternoon I got an email from 5th Avenue, again explaining reasons for the delay in shipping, and requesting I let them know that I had received the email. That seemed a little weird to me because I’ve always responded to their emails – they are the ones who quit responding to my emails. Anyhoo, I told 5th Avenue that I had contacted my bank.

    • I filed a dispute claim with my credit card company on October 17th and just received a credit back today for the full 220.00. I gave 5th Ave multiple opportunities to reply to my emails. Five months is way too long to wait for a box promised to ship in early July!

  2. Has anyone received their Mystery Bestsellers Box? I ordered mine on May 17th. I’m a bit concerned with a ship by July 4th. I realize that they are routinely late with shipments but am a bit worried and hopeful it is worth the wait!

    • I have not received mine and have sent several emails and have not gotten a reply. Customer service seems to be lacking more and more and this subscription has me frustrated.

    • I ordered the Mystery Bestsellers box in May also and have not received it yet. I’ve sent a couple of emails, some have been responded to and others have not. The last email I received regarding this box was on August 8th and this is what they said at that time.

      Please accept our apologies for the communication gap.
      Your order is scheduled to ship next week.
      The box will be shipped by Priority Mail along with a nice gift as our apology for the inconvenience.

      I sent an email on August 30 and there was no response. I sent another earlier today, hopefully they respond this time.

        Dear Kimberly,
        We are sorry for not communicating with you earlier.
        Your stylist had to make some changes to the box, and it is scheduled to ship in 5-6 business days.
        As promised before, the box will be shipped by Priority Mail along with a nice gift as our apology for the inconvenience.

        • And, here it is two full weeks after they said they would ship within 5-6 business days and still no word on my box.

          • I sent an order status request a week ago (10/23) and have received no response, and of course no box either…

  4. I ordered the summer box and this will be my second box. Hopefully I will get a chance to try the skin care as I was tempted when it was offered but wanted to see a box first. All the reviews I have seen look great and everyone seems to like them except for shipping delays.

OMG, I so want this box, but just as Jenai mentioned, I promised myself (and my husband which is probably the main reason I will not be getting this box) that I will not get any more 5th Ave boxes until I get my Empress watch replaced from my Christmas box. Yeap, you read it right, we are in May and I am still waiting for replacement of hero item from my Christmas box that originally got delivered completely damaged. I am so so sad and mad that I cannot get this mistery box as I feel it will be fantastic (as all the boxes from 5th Ave I received so far), but no – cannot do until I have my Empres in hand 🙁

  7. This box looks great! 5th Ave has so many nice brands that they work with (Evocateur, Mustaers, Sharvit Couture, Inden, etc.) I keep telling myself no new 5th Ave boxes until I get all the replacement items for my Holiday box, but they keep coming out with new ones that are so tempting. 🙂

  8. Will there be opt in/opt out handbag and jewelry spoilers for this box like those for the limited edition summer/autumn boxes?

      It’s a Mystery Box with no spoilers for it, but you can opt out of the bag and/or jewelry

      • Thank you. I wasn’t adventurous enough to purchase the skincare only box so I will definitely choose that as a preference.

      • How can they keep coming out with boxes like
        this and the summertime box that has some of the same purse spoilers as the springtime box when they don’t have the product to ship the springtime box that was offered first? I am beginning to wonder is I should have gone with my gut and not believed that they were going to fix the shipping problems that people warned about.
