I was on the waitlist, but never received an email. However, I was able to go to their website and order the may box. Hope this helps.

I didn’t either. But I went to their site and was able to sign up, so I’m glad I didn’t miss it. I would not have known if MSA didn’t notify me. Thanks Liz and MSA team!

When you do sign up, make sure to enter the code TOOMUCHMOUTH to
receive a free gift of choice in your first Cult Crushes box!

I forgot to do it when I just subscribed so it’s too late for me, but if anyone else signs up, use this code!

I have a question about the Ricky’s Cult Crushes. I just signed up today for the first time. Do they bill you each month like the regular subscription boxes (unless you pause or cancel) or do you have to “re-subscribe” each month?

Sharon

I was reading their FAQs and they will bill you each month between the 1st and 5th. You can also skip a month or cancel altogether.

Lily

Thanks Sharon! I was looking around for the information but I thought I saw something that implied you would have to “re-subscribe” in order to get that month’s box. Do we know what is in the May box?

Sharon

Go sign up now! They did not send me an email. I just placed my order and was only on the waitlist a week.

I went to Cult Crushes website at 11:55 and it was open for subscriptions. I’m glad that I was able to get it but still a little put out over having s waitlist that they appear to not be honoring. What’s up with that?

FYI- Time to order! I just got mine!

I get this box but if I was all of you on the wait list already for months, I would call them. They have good customer service and I can’t imagine you wouldn’t be first. I was on the wait list as well months ago and as soon as it opened I was in.

Kinda sucks. I’ve been waitlisted over 3 months, and I don’t understand that when it’s your turn off the list nd you have your credit card stored etc, they should just charge you and send it. Now, this whole “hurry up and sign up” thing is awful because I DID sign up THREE MONTHS AGO, and have emailed and was told I’d get May box, now I might not if I’m not lucky enough to sign up again?!??!?! Idk kinda seems like a bad thing to do to people whom have already been waiting MONTHS.

i was one of the many that was disappointed this month. i got the chi chi pallette instead of the pinky pallete hopefully next month goes smoothly

I have been on the waitlist two months so um why first come first serve. Some people may be working etc..etc… I always thought a waitlist was just that a list that reserved your spot!

Reply ButtonReply

justmissjamey

Exactly. I’ve been on there 3 months, have my card on file , was told I’d get on in May, now find out we have to be a lucky one to hurry and sign up again?!?! I don’t know, just don’t seem right.

Does anyone know if once you sign up next week (provided you get a spot, of course) if you have to go through a “wait list” every month?

Reply ButtonReply

Anna

To the best of my knowledge this email was sent to everyone on the waitlist so that they’d know they’ll be opening spots on Wednesday. If you search your mail you should have it if you’re on their waitlist.

But we have already been on the waitlist, some for months, we should just get charged in order, since we’ve already ordered and been waitlisted.

Sounds like they have great stuff but I’m afraid to sign up for them and be disappointed like those above, if they have a wait list then all those people should be contacted & told that they are of the wait list before they open up for others… Seems like they are trying to grow too fast & I think I’ll keep an eye out for them for a while longer before signing up… Just my opinion..

Frustrated with cult crushes process, I signed up for waiting list over a month ago… why have one if it’s first come first serve…. and why are they running out of products/can’t fill subscriptions??
Hope they get it together…ughhh

Lisa

Just hope after what happened this month not having enough palettes to fill all their orders they don’t bite off more than they can chew.

Marie

Yeah, what was the point of a wait list of anyone can sign up next Wednesday?

Reply ButtonReply

Tracy

My email said I would be getting a 2nd email with a link that will take me to their site to subscribe so I’m guessing only those on the waitlist that get the link will be able to subscribe.

Liz, Noon in what time zone? I would guess New York area, but better to no for sure. Thanks

I signed up for the waitlist over A month ago. Do they go in order of the people in the waitlist or the people that log in and sign up on that day?

Reply ButtonReply

Margie Moore-Cooper

I’m confused. I have been on their waitlist for a couple of months.

Reply ButtonReply

justmissjamey

Same. I’ve been on 3 months, and have emailed and been told different stories and now this…not right for people whom signed up, he their cards on file etc

Anna

They sent an email to people on the waitlist that they’ll be email Wednesday so you can sign ups for May.
The email was sent from:

I’m kind of mad about this too, as I signed up on the wait list more then a month ago too and now they are giving the spots to first come, first serve! It should be like Boxycharm or Sephora, in which it’s whoever’s next in line..

Reply ButtonReply

Missy

I completely agree wtf?!?

Arlana Strickland

In the same boat, signed up over a month ago…. makes no sense if it’s first come first serve next wed!! Ughhhhh

michelle

yay!!
