I made the terrible mistake of subscribing to cratejoys text msgs and I swear daily they send me these msgs saying 50% off boxes and it always ends up being just like the above! I would say this post is not necessary!

Hi Missy,
You should only be receiving the 50% Off promo link once when you sign up. Our messaging following your opt-in is generally once every other week to once a week, and if you ever would like to unsubscribe, simply text STOP to the number sending the texts.

I tried to get the discount on one of the 50 percent off boxes and when I tried to apply the discount to the year subscription it said the discount could not be applied to the item in the cart. If it can only work on one month of the subscription that’s not really worth it.

The coupon discount text should always accurately reflect which terms the coupon is applied to. If you can tell me the name of the box I will be able to investigate further and make sure the coupon discount text is accurate.

Agree. It was misleading marketing. Shame on Cratejoy for tricking us. I will forget on a surface level, but my emotions about Cratejoy have been adjusted to more like Cratesuspicion or Cratesideeye. It was also stupid the discounts were not CTRL+F searchable or sortable. If they did the latter, at least it wouldn’t have wasted that much of everyone’s time.
