Too Faced Mystery Bag – On Sale for $20!

Their website and customer service is horrible! I would never waste my time on buying a product directly from Too Faced. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received a tracking number. I had to pay for shipping by now I should have a tracking number. Calling their customer service you wait for a long time for them to tell you the same thing. Just not worth it!

I had ordered about 10-15 minutes before MSA posted about it. Got the shipped email today! Wow! Excited to get it so quickly! Tracking shows Monday delivery!

For $20 this was an awesome deal! I’ve gotten 1other mystery box in the past & it was fab.

I wanted their new unicorn bronzer and checked out the sale page and WOW, didn’t expect to see this was available.

I had no website problems, but I was online in the middle of the night!

Their website is terrible. I’ve had numerous issues with ordering before. I wont order from them anymore and I will be removing myself from their text and email notifications for sales and new releases. I think I will stick with other more reliable brands.

I got my confirmation immediately after purchasing. I think they must have sold out quickly. I did order an extra so if the items are the same in both boxes I may sell one of them. Let me know if you are interested.

It told me my email address wasn’t valid and I couldn’t place an order. If anyone has an extra they don’t want please let me know.

Darn! Says it’s not available!

I had an issue buying when I went to check out my order but as soon as I chose PayPal ,it wouldn’t let me place it yet again! So I refreshed the page and sure enough all the info was up again and I was able to place the order and I bought only 1 and had no issues after that! I got a order number and everything so I’m happy to not have as much grief .

Now says currently not available.

I was on hold for 30 minutes only to be told there is nothing they can do to help, won’t take phone orders, and the site will eventually be working again. It’s a bit frustrating but I wanted to let others know so you don’t try calling. Not sure if I’m going to try to buy their make up after all since the customer service wasn’t good.

I ordered but after I didn’t any type of confirmation, I don’t want to miss it but I don’t want to order two. Did anyone else not get confirmation of their order

Did anyone else have any glitches while placing an order? I never got a confirmation that the order was placed so I tried again and now think I may have duplicated my order. Arrrrg…….

FYI, shipping is free if you buy a better than sex product but the lowest priced item I saw was $10.

This is the 2017 box if it was new it would be a 2018 mystery box so yes you are going to get same items. The box is only released once a year around Cyber Monday so what you see if what you get. I watched a few unboxing and everyone got same things same color.

I grabbed one , I already own the p&j palette but I’ve got two granddaughters with birthdays coming up so it’s a win for me since I’ve never been able to grab one before

@Liz, is this the 2017 mystery bag or a new mystery bag with different items? I ordered 2 of them thinking it was a new mystery bag, but now I’m not so sure. I already got one of the mystery bags when they came out originally. I would be ok with any of their clearance items being in it, just maybe in different colors that the first mystery bag was in.

I’m deciding. Their site is also having a 70% off clearance sale as well. And there is some good stuff for nice prices.

I hope it is the 2017 bag with the PB&J palette! I’ve wanted that but not enough to spend all that money on it. I loved their shadows, so far!

Hmmmm I like 2017’s for the palette only not a fan of the rest of the stuff, but hated the 2016 mystery bag and the ensuing disaster that followed it.

Is it just me or is Too Faced overhyped and overpriced? Their shadows are so hit and miss, even within a palette. Sweet Peach Glow was basically a useless joke and it gets the distinction of being the only makeup I’ve ever returned for a refund. I was so excited for that palette too.
Their foundations are ok, but nothing to write home about. The Born This Way powder is great, the melted matte lippies are nice and the Better Than Sex mascara is decent. Other than that I can’t say I’ve really loved anything else Ive ever gotten from them. They do, however have the cutest packaging in the business.

Do they make glitter lip gloss? 😉
