Liz, their website says $29.95 plus free shipping per month

Liz, I went on to their website and it’s saying that the subscription is $29.95 per month which includes free shipping in the U.S.

So i had a subscription to this box and never received my February box and i was never billed for it so I cancelled. Are you not guaranteed a box if you have a monthly subscription?

I would think that if everybody else got their box you should have definitely gotten yours and I would call customer service and ask for either the box or a credit for it. Good luck I would like to subscribe to this one but it is too expensive for my taste so I would have to drop the other boxes I have to loosen the budget for it. #Bummer budgets
