Ok, so this is basically a bunch of tiny samples. They claim that tiny Dove package retails for $5??? Like literally, we all know you can get a full size thing of Dove at the drugstore for around $7. Such a scam. The size of these samples is the same as Birchbox, and they want me to pay $37 for that? And if I remember correctly this was advertised as having a 170+ retail value? That’s just an outright lie. This is the first and last time I will be scammed by this company. I’m pretty sure they are not long for this world, I bet they’re on their way out. Maybe one more box max before they go out of business.

I’m sorry to say this but, other than the Sunday Riley and the “sample” Clarins item… IMO the Target boxes are better curated than this one. I just can’t see paying nearly $40/mo for drugstore items. I subscribe to boxes for the opportunity to try new products that I wouldn’t normally be able to afford/find in my local drugstore. I once thought that I would like to try this box but I couldn’t afford it, so I watched it over the past year or so and I’ve been reading your comments as well. I don’t think this one is really worth it to me, especially when I prefer to use cruelty free makeup and skincare products personally and she doesn’t appear to be able to curate those. For this price point I would expect at least a Tarte lippie rather than Maybelline IMO… we’re all different, yes, but I for one am glad that I stayed away from this one 🤔🙄😳

I agree in some respects I don’t think that applies to the march box which only had the one Maybelline mascara (as far as drugstore), which is actually a really nice product. The rest is not drugstore. Not the Youngblood and not the Lifeline. I agree though that I wish more were full size for the price point. I will say that this was my third box and I find myself using product from past boxes and feeling “cared for” throughout the day by Bless.

the lip oil is from last months box. which means it is the extra bonus item that came in her box this month. but everyones extra item is not the same. its a random item from a previous box. you may not get the lip oil.

They gave that exact same lip gloss/oil in the last box. I do love it, but I’d be annoyed if I got two of the same item in a row. Luckily I cancelled. This is such a random mix of items.

she received the same lip oil because they have been sending an extra bonus item each month that is an item from a previous box. they are random, but always an extra item.

Interesting box, not sure I would pay $37. The only thing I would have no use for is the tape. I would say this month’s box is steering them in the right direction. Yay for Sunday Riley product.

The lip oil is a variant item. Subscribers will receive a “past favorite.”

I wasn’t sure what to make of the box once I received it. Mixed feelings. Personally, I would like more full-size items. This was my first and last month.
I sent an email to cancel. Today is the last day to get that cancel in before they charge and ship you for April.

There is another item not mentioned– a 1 year subscription to ELLE. This is my last box after about 1 year. Their CS is great but it is unclear what they are trying to be. They send so many sample-ish sized items yet they used to advertise as only sending full sizes. The snack bars were just awful. The Clarins was also sent last month and they valued it at $10.50 toward’s the box total but my packaging said “Free Sample–Not For Sale” They do send a lot of duplicate items.

I am glad they stuck with a neutral color for a lip oil. Just a touch of pink anyone could wear. I wish more companies would stick with simple colors like this if the box is not curated to a persons skin tone.

It really goes on clear – like a gloss. They sent it last month too.

From the second picture, it looks like there is a second Lifeline Skincare product. I counted items and there are 11 in picture, but only 10 listed. Can anyone tell what the other item is? It’s in the white box with the plus sign.

I cant decide if I like this box or not, I think I like it. Its an interesting mix of items. I have enough mascara for a long time though, and have no use for the blush, and Fashion Tape all 3 of those items i will be swapping. If I can get a few good swaps from those items I’ll keep the sub for one more month, if not I’ll end up canceling.

30$ for a lot of samples you can get for free?
No thanks this box is a scam.

Lip oil is worth $25 and is full size – there are sample sizes yet a few full sizes like the mascara. The value is there

My point was these arent curated at all and are basically just samples given to them because companies want to show off new products. I can tell because I’ve seen these all in other boxes already and it also has drug store..So yes I wouldn’t pay 30$ for a bunch of random items that aren’t actually curated based on the quality of the products.
Nicole
The lip oil is NOT full size. Full size from the Clarins site is 0.1oz for $25. Last month, Bless Box sent the same oil, but a tiny sample with listed value of $10 with no size listed. Comparing this sample to an 0.1 full size lip oil I already own, I would say this is about 1/3 the original size. I like the oil they sent, but full size would be better, and less repeats appreciated.

I actually don’t think this box is bad at all! Everything in it I would use except for the tape (I wish I had that problem of needing to keep things in place!) And for the shipping haters, you are paying for shipping whether it’s “free” or not. I actually like this box better than FFF spring box!

I agree I like it better then the spring FFF box, looking forward to trying the lip oil
