Very unhappy! I got my fall box but it is the same as the summer box! They added 2 more mini candles and a different diffuser but everything else is the same!!

That’s odd. I got my fall box and there was shattered glass everywhere. I couldn’t even tell what it was supposed to be before it broke but I assume a diffuser bottle. Another candle was broken and melted and another one just melted. I looked online and most of mine matches the picture of the fall box but I got the unknown shattered thing too. I sent an email with pics but no response yet…

I can’t even get my spring box nevermind get a answer about when and they are selling the summer box already. 3 emails in 2 weeks and I still have to idea what is going on. Really bad CS. I was so excited for my second box because the Winter box came super quick but I was supposed to be charged on March 18th and that day I went online to find the info for my next Spring box just disappeared and it’s still not in my subscription area. It’s like they deleted it so they can say it was the computers fault but that was in my first email to them of 3. I will say I get like 3 emails from them daily asking me to buy the Spring box though. Sorry for the rant! I am sad I have to cancel. Grrrrrrrrrrrr

I really wish that DL & Co. would add a smaller, less expensive box that was only candles/scented items. Nothing else.

Me too. And all different scents. They lose money that way because if you send people a whole box of a scent they don’t care for then the chance of them going and buying items that were included with be tough.

That picture hurt my eyes.

Oh, dang. I cannot stand the smell or taste of spearmint so, while I would not be eating any if this, just having it in the house would be unpleasant.

The matchy-matchy is annoying. I have loved DL&Co’s sub boxes, but starting with this winter’s boxes, the curation changed from thoughtful and varied to relentlessly monotonous. I don’t need this much of any one if their scents; I want a sampling of many scents in my sub box. Sadly, this is another sub I may be deciding not to do an annual with.

I’m actually okay with the curation of items, as I burn fewer candles in the summer. And I don’t mind all the same scent. But the palm thing seems excessive. This will be my fourth and final box of an annual and I’m likely to renew. I’ve had candles to burn and plenty to gift which has been great.

Well, for those who love the palm frond look of the ” Golden Girls”, this one’s for you, I guess.
Also, a matchy- matchy girl can wear her ( very flammable) Rachel Zoe robe duster thing and look hilarious on social media.
I don’t know why this palm tree print trend has made a comeback, but it’s definitely overdone looking this time around. Most retro revivals are.

I’m a huge candle fan but I think this is boring. Only 2 different scents and palm leaves everywhere. If I don’t like all of them or the majority of them the whole box is worth nothing for me. Sad.

It’s actually only 1 scent – Brazilian Guava in all 4 scented items. Wow.

Very cute, but too rich for my blood.

I don’t see a pineapple journal in the picture, are you sure it’s supposed to be included?

MSA

Sorry about that! This box includes the Palm Leaf Journal, not the Pineapple.

Michelle

The pineapple journal is in the spring box, I believe.
