I just called customer service to find out why my box hadn’t shipped yet, and they told me I’m not getting this box because I subscribed too late! I am so mad because when I subscribed on Feb. 19th, they said I would get a box. Then when I called today, they said it sold out, so I won’t be getting a box until June.
I feel so sad that they promised me the spring box in February, and then changed their story. They need to fix this! They also offered no compensation or remedy for the situation. 🙁

Their shipping and customer service people are horrible. You really take your chances when you deal with them.

Has anyone’s shipped yet? A label was created for mine on the 9th, but no movement yet.

They mark orders as shipped but it’s usually several days before they actually send them out. I truly dislike when sellers do this.

Me too…it weighs the same as the first also, but the dimensions are smaller than the first box. Excited to see what the other 7 items are, I know one will be a soap and I love to see these out for décor in the bath:-)

I can’t wait to receive my box but am trying to keep my expectations in check between this one and the first one (which I adored). The 3 highest priced items in the 1st box were $25, $22, $22 so that I think this one will have a lot less items just based on the cost of spoilers.

There will be 11 items….

I signed up for an annual subscription on feb 17th & was emailed by the company on the 28th that my order would have to be cancelled because of a shipping problem. I still haven’t received the refund & this was an expensive purchase! No response from customer service yet either. This was really disappointing & frustrating. Not sure if I should try to dispute the purchase with my bank or what the next step is. Be careful of this company!!

You should call them….I have spoken to them several times and they are not hard to reach via phone.

This will be my first box and I’m so excited! I hope there will be some Library of Flowers items, too! That is my favorite of the whole line.
I’m not crazy about so many skincare items. I hope there’s a wide variety of products, like bubble bath and bath gel, too!

I have been in love with the Margot Elena brands for years, first finding the Imagine Lollia scent at Anthropologie about eight years ago. When I saw this box I was so excited and immediately ordered the Spring collection. Then went on a quest to find images and reviews of the last box via MSA and Google. To my dismay, I found info suggesting these products are not cruelty-free. People started questioning their accuracy in claiming that they are, getting responses to their emails explaining that the company is in fact in process of being certified by Leaping-Bunny. This process has been on-going since 2012, with no result. My excitement for this box has dwindled and I will no longer be supporting what use to be my favorite perfume brands until they follow through with their cruelty-free claims.

If any of you are stocked up on serums or face lotions you know you will never get to, use or don’t really do much for your face… use them for your hands and arms! Your hands will look amazing!

That’s what I’ve been doing with the little vials of C E Ferulic. I ended up with more than 10 of the little vials and it costs a lot but I can’t stand that smell on my face. I’ve been putting it on my forearms and it seems to be helping my sun damage. I like the smell of the Sunday Riley better on my face.

This box looks great. I had been debating about whether to get this, as I have so many beauty subs. I signed up for the seasonal subscription on Sunday and received the email today that they were sold out! I am soooo glad that I pulled the trigger! The last box looked fantastic!

I am loooving this box. Rarely ever do I see a sub box filled with all winners, usually I’m happy with a couple great things and the rest just okay/swappable things. But these Margot Elena boxes are killing it! I love everything! I’ll take all the skincare I can get!

I take my words back – judging by the ingredients list, it looks like a regular face oil, of which I have a dozen.

Laura
the fruit oil and and orange peel ingredients are the acidic ingredients that dissolve dead skin and exfoliate, but if you want something more clinical/strong try Dermstore .com or i really like the Ole Henriksen line and on Sephora there a sample kits of the c serums and the night invigorating gel is a pretty strong peel for overnight use… (my best friend is an aesthetician, so she schools me 🙂

Quality products. I usually go for stronger, clinical serums, but these look great and all natural>>>> Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Oenothera Biennis (Evening Primrose) Oil, Punica Granatum Seed Oil, Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Oil.

I smelled that gin perfume in a little boutique near me a while ago, and it smells EXACTLY like a gin and tonic.
The woman at the register and I were joking about who would buy that, like “oh, no, darling, I wasn’t drinking gin it’s just my perfume!”
It’s actually a really pleasant scent, but you will 100% smell like you just drank a G&T, and spilled half of it on yourself.

I really loved the French Kiss perfume from the PopSugar Feb box. I guess the Gin and Tonic I will have to try to see what that is like perfume wise.

Adele
I love the French Kiss perfume too. That and the Lollia from the October box are the reason I signed up for this subscription.
Emilia
Yes! Oh, yes! A need a serum so badly! I was looking for one that doesn’t break the bank – and let me tell you, – that’s a task fit for Hercules. Can’t wait!!!

I’m glad to see skin products that are meant for dry skin. I’m wondering if each box will be heavy on a type of product (like the first one having three hand creams and this one having skin care). Can’t wait til they include some bubble bath! Loved the body wash and lollia hand cream from last box.

I love seeing the spoilers. I just hope this box lives up to the first box in quantity and quality of items. That is my biggest fear!

Oh… I’m so not happy with them including so much skincare. I subscribed to this box to get spa and aroma experience. Maybe some nice and cute little home items. Not the skincare from some company that specializes in perfume. Sorry about the rant but I’m really disappointed with my first box so far.

Kelli
They are not going to be including any items from me, life + home in the discovery boxes. I asked before ever signing up. I guess this could change though in the future.

Jenai
Oh, bummer! I guess they would weigh a bit, and homegoods/jewelry/fabric/kid’s items are pretty style specific, but I’d love to see that brand in the boxes too. A lot of the add-ons are Me + Home items.
Adele
I agree, especially since the skincare seems to have citrus and lavender in it, items my face does not like. I’ll give the mask away and use the serum on my hands. The handcreme I’m happy about and I hope they have some good bath/shower items in the box.

Wendy
I would love to swap for the face mask if you do swaps. I’m not sure how to link my page, but I have the Tolyomilk 84 hand cream listed and there’s not many.
Michelle
I’m with you. I cancelled my beauty subs and subscribed to this BECAUSE I am overloaded on skincare. My swap page is lousy with skincare. I really wanted this sub to be pretty, gift able, and below the neck! Half the spoilers are skincare, nearly a third of the box RV. GRRR.
