  1. WOW!

I did not expect a review while the box was still able to be ordered. Would I have ordered this box had I known of the contents? Probably not. However, I’m happy to have another color of the eyeliner. The only other It’s Whipped I have is a shade I can’t wear (any red-orange lovers need an It’s Whipped in Smooch? Let’s swap!) so I’m happy to have a shade that looks like it will work for me. I got a polish in Amy for free with the FEBPOLISH code (my sister Amy’s b-day is coming up and I can add this to her gift). I don’t need more polishes but life will go on. Next time I’ll wait for a review first!

  2. I am OBSESSED with Julep lip mousse. Hands down my favorite formula on my lips. To me, it feels as if I am putting little pillows of color on my lips. I know that sounds weird but it is what I think every time I apply it. They stay all day and feel lovely the whole time.

  3. I hope Julep reads this…I love Julep. They are one of the top three nail polish companies I have every tried.
BUT…A lot of people are turning to gels (like myself) and would LOVE Julep to put their proven polish color skills to some gels.
And, Julep, your lip colors are either too conventional or you are too late to the race (your metallic lips are a good year too late).
There is so much to love about Julep, but I think they need to get a finger on the pulse of new trends.

  4. I feel like with Julep boxes we rarely get the spoilers before the box is sold out. Glad I skipped on this one. I had assumed that since there were two polishes in the spoiler that there would be no more polishes. Thought they might put Hartleigh in there (which looks cute but the heart glitters are so big and stiff that they come away from the nail at an odd angle).

  5. What colors are the polished you received?

    • The additional colors are Myrtle, Tess and Shannon.

  6. I would also like to know if there are variations in products and/or colors? I love the main 2 colors but the 3 extras… not as much. I do love that eyeliner and that color (I have 2 already!) and I looked up the lip color which is red – not my first choice.

    • I don’t know if there are variations. These are the things that I got. The lip mousse seems oddly dried out. I don’t like red lips anyway, but I am happy with the rest of it.

      • I saw an unboxing video and she got the same products and colors.

      • Thank you Barb!

      • There can be variations and usually are from what I have seen, however being a member for 5 years now I have seen great Mystery boxes and not so great! Usually the cost is there, if they say it is worth $100, it usually is, considering the price is at the FULL PRICE, not the Maven price. I know I have compared products with others who have purchased the Mystery boxes and not the exact same colors and makeup items. However I do love Julep, the skincare is great and works for me so I continue with them, but I needed a break from the weird colors that I was getting in the Mystery boxes at times. I think sometimes they have to get some of those out of their inventory that don’t sell as well so they do it in Mystery boxes. I can say that when there are 2 new colors I am more apt to purchase! Sorry for rambling on…

  7. Thank you for making that easy pass for me – the non polish things just wouldn’t be worth it to me.
Hope others enjoy it though as it’s definitely still a great box!

  8. Are these all the same or do they vary? I would love to try the lip mousse!
