  1. I received mine this afternoon. This is my first BB mystery box but I knew from other reviews that it would contain items from the current month’s box. (I’m a monthly subscriber as well) Spoilers for the mystery box that I had received:

Laritzy liquid matte lipstick in Nudes (RV $24.00)
Starlooks cream eye shadow/base in Lava (RV $12.00)
Evelyn Iona Green Tea Primer (RV $29.50)
Jaq’s Organics Nourishing Face Moisturizer (RV $28)
True Moringa Simplicity Oil in roller ball applicator (RV $17)

A combined RV of $110.50!!! And only 2 items were from the current month’s box, 1 item from last month and the remaining 2 items form other previous boxes. I do enjoy this box and will use all of the products.

  2. I ordered one. Do I already have a subscription and when Checking out I just went through the process as if I didn’t already have an account. I put out email and everything else in the boxes as a new subscriber.

I immediately got any email from Rachel Thanking me for my order. I asked her if signing up for the mystery box would generate a new subscription and she said no purchases in the store ever generates a subscription

  3. Linda, I just noticed none of my comments about this box from yesterday have posted (and they weren’t negative either!). Let’s see if this one makes it. 🙂

    • It made it. 😀

      • Now they’be all been released!

  4. My comment didn’t show up?

I receive their monthly VIP boxes and love them. I think I might go for their skincare offer instead since I have the makeup. 🙂

  5. Buyer Beware! I was very disappointed with the Mystery Box last time around. And communication with the curator Rachel was terrible. She had a total attitude because I asked about including treatment products in my mystery box. She said she’d “do her best” to include some items that would work for me. When I received the box there was basically nothing I could use in it. I wrote her and asked if she remembered our conversation and she basically gaslighted me. I personally think she wasn’t being honest as, had she told me she wasn’t going to follow through, I could have cancelled my order as it was under 24 hours and legally you can. But Cratejoy was very kind about it giving me a $15. Amazon gift card when I shared with them what happened. And my credit card company also credited me back. Especially since one of the items was spoiled as well.

    • Under 24 hours and not a plane ticket? Do you have a link?

    • It particularly states that no requests can be taken (it said that for the past mystery boxes, too). I would love an only skincare mystery box, but there isn’t one. Rachel has been quite kind to me, so I hope that that was a one off experience. As far as spoiled products go, that should be addressed. I like her monthly boxes, though.

  6. I’m not buying anymore mystery haha or limited edition boxes. The majority of the time I feel like it’s no big deal and I just blew some money on more products I have no room for… But when the tarte one comes around, we’ll see…

  7. I just tried to order but I saved myself $. The checkout screen forces you to create an account, but a pop up says I already have an account, but doesn’t give me an option to login, only to create a new account, but won’t let me create a new account. Going in circles, I gave up.

  8. Reminder that in the past, BB mystery boxes have included items from the current month, so these will likely contain items from February!

I looked through the last few months of BB in MSA’s tag, & I decided that there were too many items (mostly makeup) that I would not want to receive to order this time.

    • I was thinking the same thing about them including items from current months boxes. I was even going to mention that in a comment I made earlier today that I just noticed never posted, but decided not to. I think that’s pretty cool of them to do that for those that don’t sub. I think I’m going to pass on this round since I’ve already received their past two boxes, and am still subbed. I don’t want to risk getting duplicates. I’ll definitely grab one though if they do one in the Fall.

  9. This one’s tempting, but now that I’ve already received their past two boxes I’m afraid I’ll get duplicates. I think I’ll skip this one and hope they do one later in the year.
