Wow!!! This has been so frustrating!!!!

I had two codes and only one of them worked. I used one last night with no problem. The other one wouldn’t work today. 🙁 I used the live chat and the customer service rep (Carrisa) was very friendly and helpful. She gave me some suggestions to try and said to let her know by chat or email if it didn’t work. Chat was no longer available, so I had to send her an email. I doubt she will get it until Monday and my code will be expired.

As I am not usually a shopper at Bauble Bar, did they always have free shipping until today?

I’m asking because I wondered if they had free shipping for the holidays and perhaps the duration of this discount, but ended it a day too early.
Since I know most of the items are not exclusive to BB, I think it’s likely they did NOT lose money on this Allure promo deal. Just not sure why they ended free shipping a day before the coupons expire.

There is a free Tokyomilk hand cream with $50 purchase.
I love Tokyomilk scents so I bought the amber necklace in gold (which I’ve seen everywhere on the internet lately) and a couple of their black storage bags for $1/each to reach $50.

I went back to their site today and found so many great items on sale too. I ended up adding up over 100.00 lol. I guess that postcard works to lure us back lol. I usually don’t buy costume jewelry but I think this is better than costume jewelry. I will try some of their pieces. The price is perfect if they stay in the shape of gold jewelry.

Now the site says “Free shipping on orders $25+.” I hope everyone got their orders in yesterday. I ordered on the 17th, spent less than the $20 because I didn’t want to pay anything out of pocket, and I received free shipping.

Now it says, “Orders that are $25+ (after discounts and vaults points are applied) qualify for free standard shipping. If your order is above the threshold, the price of our standard shipping will automatically be discounted. If your order is under $25, the price of standard shipping is $4.95.”

I couldn’t get my code to work. I tried it in the code area and the giftcard area too. Do you have to buy something not on sale? I tried buying a ring in the up to 70% off area and it wouldn’t take. I will try again with something else. I hope they didn’t stop the codes because there were just to many. I must hurry. I wish they had more silver jewelry because my engagement ring is and I want to match.

Yay! They clarified what can be bought with the discount code, and I’d excluded the ” BB Essential” pieces- which were a LOT of products- because the copy for each of those pieces says ” Exempt from sitewide promos”. They have great live chat and not only told me I could get those pieces with the Allure discount code, when mine wasn’t working, they fixed it.

They have some new really pretty gold plated or sterling personalized initial necklaces and one of the initials I wanted was ” not available”. The CS person said in the chat when I asked about it that the item was brand new to the site and the product pull down menu choices were wrong. She helped me buy it.
I’m more impressed with their SWAT team helping new customers like me than the Bauble Bar jewelry I’ve accumulated from sub boxes in the past. Really nice and added a lot to a little jewelry purchase of a few of their new, more understated pieces.

Kudos to Allure for the coupon(s). It was fun!
