I’m confused, if we get a refund does that mean we have to sign up again? This doesn’t look good for loot crate

I hope some of the other signature boxes go on their own and we do not lose them as it seems Loot Crate is not doing very well. I love my Firefly and JK Rowling boxes but have seen a decline in the past ones not to mention shipping delays. Fingers crossed.
