For some reason when I add this curated box to my shopping cart and proceed to check out, it doesn’t deduct the $5 for subscribers. What’s going on? Does anyone have any ideas? I’m an ACE member and have been receiving BB since 2013, so I qualify for the discount.

I it did the same for me, only I didnt notice until checkout and paid 15.00. I used the customer service chat button and spoke to Brent he confired it SHOULD be 10.00 and credited me 5.00 back.

I have no idea why it’s not working for you, but I did get one earlier and it deducted $5 for me. I bought other things too though. Are you sure you are logged in (I’ve noticed it either glitches or logs me out quickly sometimes)?
