  1. I would stay away too! It did say that my order was shipped and delivered, handed off from UPS to the PO for delivery, but I never got it. I sent an e mail and a f/u and have waited for over two weeks for a response, with zero results. My credit card company gave me a permanent credit instantly when I disputed the charge! Sometimes CC companies keep funds in reserve that are owed to the merchant if there are too many complaints. There are many complaints online too.

I guess they must be going under and simply do not care!

  2. I am furious! I ordered the Disney Princess PleyBox as a gift for a child and it never arrived. I haven’t heard from this company and have no idea about when the box will arrive. Worst experience ever with a subscription box.

  3. I ordered FOREVER ago and still haven’t got either of my boxes! I’ve emailed them twice (the first time they just sent a generic, watch for a tracking email, the second time they didn’t respond)… I’ve been really nervous they wouldn’t be here by Christmas (they are for gifts), so this is good to know! I’ll keep crossing my fingers!

    • AVOID THIS SUBSCRIPTION!!!

I too, ordered Forever ago, November 22 to be exact and have tried to contact them several times. They provided me with a tracking number dated for December 5 but it has had no updated tracking. After emailing and bombarding their customer service inquiries, they finally told me my box should arrive December 27, after Christmas. It will be over a month since I placed this order and now I can not use it as the gift I had originally intended it to be.

I will be canceling my subscription as soon as I can assure box has been delivered. WHAT A WASTE!!!

    • Have you heard anything? I ordered on 11/20 and never got the Nat Geo box. I emailed and they responded and apologized and said they would look into it. That was 12/17. I wanted to give this as a gift so I’m pretty disappointed.

      • I’ve emailed. I’ve online chatted. I’ve posted on their Facebook. I’ve done everything I can think of! No box! They sent me a tracking number for it. It’s the same tracking number they sent me a couple weeks ago when I emailed about it. It says UPS awaiting the package. Way back on December 5! And it hasn’t moved since! I told the guy on the online chat that and he stopped responding to me! Mine was for a gift too. I did a Shopkins box for one kid (which I received right after ordering). I did the Hot Wheels Box for another kid (which came two days ago). And then the National Geo box for the third kid… Which never came. So now my presents are completely messed up because how can I gift the two kids their boxes, when I don’t have one for the last kid?!? And it really makes me mad because they guaranteed shipping by Christmas!!! I am so ticked off but I don’t know what else to do!
